This product for me is very good because i love coking.

This is a really a nice complete blending system. First thing you will notice when you use it is the power. Can't imagine there is anything this can't do. It is also very easy to use with it's 9 preset functions. The FreshVac seems to work well even though I was skeptical at first about it. I like that the touch screen is easy to see and use. Also, it helps make it easy to clean. Don't have a bunch of buttons for stuff to get caught in. A word of caution about cleaning. Watch out for the blades! Very, very sharp. The 40oz processor works great but I do wish it were a bit bigger. If anything that is my only minor complaint. So overall, super powerful, easy to use and easy to clean (but be careful doing so;-) ). As always with Ninja products, this is well made, works great and should last for a very long time.

Wasted $200 on this mixer/blender. Jar is so big that everything sticks to the bottom or on sides and I always end up going back to smoothie jar for everything. Smoothie jar is already leaky with in 2 weeks of usage from the point of vacuum pump attachment. Food processor attachment has the same problem as the large jar, even after adding sufficient quantity in the jar, everything sticks to side and blade runs free. Perhaps the blade design is responsible for the poor performance of this overrated and overpriced blender. Wish I can return it.

This Ninja smart system can do many things in the kitchen. It's a great food processor for making up a mixed salad, Asian salad being one of my favorites. It's great for making frozen, drinks, smoothies and shakes. The auto IQ programming makes things simple and precise. The touch screen and timer built in makes things fast and easy. The base has suction cups to have it stick to the counter and not move around while in use. The fresh-vac system that removes the oxygen from your drink might be more of a gimmick. It does seem to make fruit smoothies less foamy, but with it being an extra step and battery powered, this might not get used on a regular basis. Overall, great system with many accessories and plenty of power for normal usage. Two thumbs up.

I have been thinking about investing in a real blender for a while. I often buy lower cost options but thought I should try out one for big kids. This Blender and Food Processor amazed me. I never know what I was missing. The blender has plenty of power to blend just about anything. The touchscreen controls are great and easy to clean and use. The food processor was another thing I was going to wait to add to my wedding registry some day. It is a is a happy addition and adds tons of value. It chops and slices everything to a nice size. My only complaint is it has so many parts. If you buy this blender you will be very happy with the purchase.

My overall impression of this Ninja Blender System is that it’s a very solid system with several unnecessary add-ons. This system consists of a base, a blender, a food processor, a tall cup for blending, several attachments, and a vacuum pump. Made of relatively cheap plastic, the vacuum pump does not make a discernible difference. The touch screen is wholly superfluous making it hard to recommend this system over one of Ninja’s previous systems. MATERIALS: The cups are made of a relatively thin plastic, which I can’t promise will stand up to years of dropping and staining. The lids and the blade, however, are quite solid and sturdy. I enjoyed how complex the lids were (no sarcasm) because they gave me the peace of mind that it wouldn’t make a mess. One problem is the flexible, silicone, built-in attachments that inevitably leak if you fill the cups all the way with food to blend. TECHNOLOGY: The major two tech upgrades of this system are the vacuum and the digital touch screen. I have to say they are completely unnecessary because they actually make things worse. The touch screen gets greasy and smudges very easily. The options that you cannot use in that moment don’t appear, but that for me makes it slightly confusing about which functions exist in general. Maybe it’s just a learning curve. The real dud is the vacuum pump. It doesn’t seem to make any difference when blending, and it actually causes the plastic cups to buckle. If you fill the blender up past a certain point, the liquids will probably be sucked into the pump. Finally, the silicone that is inserted into the single serving/to go cup can cause leaks. FUNCTION: This is where the blender system shines. The blender just plain works. All of the settings are good, especially the smoothie and frozen drink settings which take all the hard work out of getting it smooth every time. Even the grinder/slicer wheel has worked well. The base suctions very well to the counter so it doesn’t move from vibrations. So bottom line, it gets the job done.

This is just ok. It is expensive and hard to store in cabinet because of it's size and extra pieces. I have had better blenders that cost much less. I will not buy again.

It's okay :( for the price... Smart features are great! chopping and other functions are good, but smoothies are not that smooth :(

This blender is a top of the line system. At first it was hard to get used to with the power this thing puts out but after multiple shakes and smoothies I’ve begun to master the texture. The FreshVac is awesome but makes the Blending process different than if air was in the blender. The food processing feature is incredible as well. So happy with this product. One disclaimer is that this thing is LOUD so if you live in an apartment with neighbors do it during the day not at midnight

This thing is amazing! The quality of construction is top shelf. The design is really neat also, everything goes together and works perfectly. The vacuum pump works great at keeping smoothies fresh. It's easy to assemble and take apart for cleaning. The only thing bad I could say about it is that it's really loud, but with as powerful as the motor is I kinda expected that much. I highly recommend this to everyone if you're looking for a quality blender.

This is definitely a good one but the container plastic could have been of better quality

Unfortunately I’m about 2 weeks outside outside of the money-back guarantee window. I’ve already had the lid to the food processor break and have to be re-glued. I can smell a burning smell when I make smoothies and it’s nowhere close to making ice cream as it claims. I doubt it will last.

The Ninja Smart Screen Kitchen System with FreshVac has 1400-watts of power and it looks very modern with the nice responsive touch screen. There are a lot of features and accessories that come with this package. You get two 20 oz. single-serve cups that you can take to go, two lids for those cups, a 72 oz. FreshVac pitcher, a 40 oz. processor (for chopping, pureeing, mixing or making dough), and a slicking/shredding disc, along with the FreshVac pump that attaches to either the single serve cups or the 72 oz. pitcher. What this does is suck out all of the air in the container, similar to what a food saver vac does. When you remove the air, say when you make a smoothie, the color is richer, and it does taste smoother than when I made one without taking the air out. Both tasted great but the color of the freshvac one was superior. All the components are well built and feel sturdy and the blades are sharp and work well. Washing them in the dish washer is ok to do and I just put them on the top shelf with no problems. There are 9 pre-programmed settings that the blender has are a very welcome addition and take a lot of the guess work out of blending…at least for me. This blender replaces my old trusty 1100-watt ninja blender that has served us well, but this is leaps and bounds better and more advanced.

Pros: powerful motor, smoothest smoothies, versatile, modular Cons: need to be careful not to overfill FreshVac containers (not really a con, but caution). What’s not to like about this Ninja blender system? Touch screen, power, efficiency and the FreshVac system isn’t a gimmick. It works and really makes a difference! The end result is a very smooth finished product with little to no separation and no froth. My only gripe is that if you overfill the blender and single serve containers, liquids will enter the vacuum pump. Note, when you use the FreshVac, you have to allow room for expansion when the vacuum is applied. If not, fluids will enter the vacuum pump and will damage it. With a little trial and error you’ll have a better idea on how much you can fill each container, so there is a bit of a small learning curve, but we got the hang of it after a couple of uses. My wife and I have been using the Ninja Smart Screen to make our son’s baby food, smoothies in the morning before work, and soups and purées for our meals (with the food processor container and blades). This is a fantastic blender and without a doubt, the best blender I’ve ever used. If you don’t purchase this specific model package, do look into a model that has the FreshVac system. It’s amazing!

We are using this blender/food processor as a replacement for a 20 year old Cuisinart that we got as a wedding gift! Wow! Blender technology has really come a long way! First off, I need to talk about power. This machine has it in spades. We men love powerful tools, and this is a man’s blender that is for sure! Who knew how much of a difference blending in a vacuum could make! It’s unbelievable how much better smoothies and daquiris are with the FreshVac technology. Drawing out all of the air makes for a much better drink. The food processor feature is outstanding! The only small downside is that the chute is a bit small so you need to cut your food down a bit smaller to fit. No big deal. Be very careful when handling the blades!! They are super sharp! All in all, this blender is a winner. It is so sturdily constructed as are most Ninja products, and is designed well too; right down to the suction cups on the bottom to secure it to the counter. Would definitely buy again.
