After several days of using the Ninja Thirsti 18oz Travel Bottle, I am amazed by its exceptional performance in holding cold and hot drinks. My wife and I have tried many different travel bottles to find one that holds a reasonable amount, is easy to carry, keeps temperature, and actually fits in our vehicles' cupholders. The Ninja Thirsti is as close to perfect for us as any bottle we have ever tried and looks nice too. Pros - Solid feel, with a nice textured exterior that looks great and is easy to hold. - Integrated rubber carrying handle works great (you can flip it down to carry the bottle with your hand thru it for a better grip or flip it up and carry the bottle with the rubber handle by itself). - Twist open cap remains attached, even when open for a drink, and seals well with no leaks when closed in any bottle position. - Awesome at keeping fizzy drinks fresh. I found that my carbonated beverages stayed fresh for well over 24hrs and still opened with a satisfying hiss. - The 18oz size is a perfect fit for every vehicle cupholder I tried (2017 Mini Countryman, 2021 Toyota Highlander, 2022 Toyota Sienna, and a 2020 Jeep Gladiator). - Stainless interior is easy to clean. Ninja says the bottle is dishwasher safe, but we found it easy enough to clean with just soap and water. Things to Consider - The Thirsti is good at keeping things at temperature, but I was not able to get the 24hrs for cold items and 12hrs for hot items that Ninja claimed. I found the limit for me was about 8hrs, before hot things became just warm and iced drinks (half ice/half liquid) completely melted. - It is about a 1/2" too tall for our older single cup coffee maker, even with the drip tray removed - not a deal breaker, but it just adds an extra step of brewing hot drinks in a shorter cup and then pouring it in to the Thirsti.

One of the standout features of the Ninja Thirsti is the new Triplethermo technology. This model is designed to keep your drinks colder and fizzier even longer. Cold for 24 hours. Ice for 2 days. Hot for 12 hours. Now my real life test.. I will say I do think it keeps colder longer than my competitive leading brand, but the fizz was hard to tell in the short time have used it so far. When I tested how long the ice would last, I filled it halfway with ice and 12 hours later I had some left. So, you will get a couple more hours than the 12, but not 2 days, unless maybe you fill it packed with ice.. just my opinion. The leak-proof lid is another highlight of this travel bottle. You can toss it in your bag without worrying about any spills or leaks. Plus, the wide mouth makes it easy to fill up and clean. However, it does take two hands to open and close. I do prefer the option of a push button you can open with one hand. I am so used to my current model with this feature, that I find it hard to get used to this twist top. (-1 star) The carry handle is large and made of rubber, which make it very comfortable to carry and hold. I also appreciate the durable construction of the Ninja Thirsti. It's made from high-quality stainless steel that can withstand the rigors of travel and everyday use. The bottle is also BPA-free, which is always a plus when it comes to health and safety. Verdict: The Ninja Thirsti 18oz. Travel Bottle is a stylish bottle that keeps cold drinks cold, hot drinks hot, and fizzy drinks fizzy! It works, and it works for longer than my old coffee mug, and definitely better than my current plastic water bottle. As a sparkling water lover, my favorite feature is the bottle’s ability to keep my sparkling water cold and fizzy for most of the day, even when on the go. First impressions. This bottle is fairly tall, mostly because of the extra footprint of the twist cap. I really like the silicone handle because it swivels, it’s comfortable to hold, and if you grab the bottle on the top end, the handle just folds under your hand so it’s still easy to grab. It fits in all my car cup holders. The square twist cap is easy to grab and turn. This bottle looks very nice: sleek and stylish. Performance. This bottle works well in all applications: hot, cold, ice, and fizzy. While I appreciate the versatility of the bottle, I mostly care about keeping my coffee hot and now keeping my sparking water cold and fizzy. On my first day of using this bottle, I noticed that my coffee was indeed hotter a few hours after making it then it has been for the last few years of using a different mug. On my second day of using this bottle, I decided to try it with my daily sparkling water. Normally, I take a cold sealed 1L sparkling water plastic bottle and toss it in my backpack for the day before leaving for work. By noon, my sparkling water is still fizzy but warm. With this bottle, my sparkling water stays cold all day. The only downside is that I can’t fit the entire 1L sparkling water in the Ninja bottle, so now I pour most of my sparkling water in the Ninja bottle, and I start drinking what is left in the plastic bottle first while it is still cold. Then, when I switch to the Ninja bottle about mid-day, my water is still cold and fizzy. Now I only use this bottle for fizzy water, but I am considering buying another one for my coffee! Technology. The technology in this bottle is impressive. LeakLock prevents any leaking from the cap, even with fizzy drinks. Triplethermo shielding keeps drinks cold for 24 hours, ice for 2 days, and hot for 12 hours. Finally, the interior is “super-polished” to prevent nucleation points that cause bubbles to pop. This feature, along with the BubbleLock lid keeps drinks fizzy for longer. When opening the cap, you can hear a very satisfying “woosh” from the pressure released inside the bottle. This bottle is so good that I wish I could store my entire 1L sparkling water in it, but that would probably make the bottle too big and unwieldy. Most importantly for me, it has improved my daily consumption experience of sparkling water. Lastly, I think the value for the money for this bottle is excellent, specially compared to the prices of many other bottles in this space. I highly recommend this bottle.

This water bottle works great for my daily commute and frequent travels. I have been using this for a little over a week now and it is overall the best water bottle that I have tried. I like to take something hot to drink to work in the morning (i.e., tea, coffee, hot chocolate) and it really keeps the contents hot for 12 hours, like it claims. I have found, at the end of my day, whatever is left is still very warm. It also fits perfectly into my backpack and in my car's cupholder. This water bottle appears to be insulated very well and it is leakproof. Even with it completely full nothing leaks out, even when I tipped it upside down and shook it. I especially like the shape and sturdy silicon handle. The bottle is perfectly sized for most hands and is easy to grip and hold when drinking. Also, the outside stays cool even when you have a hot liquid inside. In addition, the cap screws off, but is attached to the lid, so it won't get lost, which works out great for kids. I can easily use this while driving without taking my eyes off the road. I feel the 18 ounce size is perfect for my day's beverage of choice, but I will probably purchase the larger 24 ounce size for longer travels and hiking. For the price, I feel this is an exceptional value because of how well made this is and that it really does live up to it's claims of keeping liquids hot for 12 hours and cold for 24 hours. I highly recommend this water bottle.

My husband and I are addicted to Diet Coke. This bottle is a game changer for taking our zero calorie nectar on the go. Prior to finding the Ninja Thirsti bottle, I would only feel comfortable putting carbonated beverages in tumblers as I didn’t want pressure building up in a sealed thermos. That being said, I’m also a bit paranoid to bring unsealed beverages other than water in my car for fear of a spill. The Thirsti bottle eliminates this issue. The 18 oz bottle holds plenty of Diet Coke and ice. If 18 oz isn’t enough, Ninja does make a 24 oz bottle as well. Because it is sealed and insulated, it keeps my drink chilled for hours, even if I leave it in my car on a hot day. Because of its design, I’m not worried about too much pressure building up in the bottle or leaking, even when placed on its side. The bottle itself is the perfect size for a standard car cup holder, the silicone handle is large and grippy and rotates 180 degrees so you can clip the bottle to a bag, and the square top is much easier to grip and open than a round one. The only additional feature I would like to see is a soft (silicone?) bottom. You need to set the bottle down gently on hard surfaces or it makes a loud ting. It’s also easy to slide and knock over. Maybe like other brands, they’ll release sleeves for it in the future? As it is, I really love this thing and would absolutely recommend it to any other soft drink addicts out there.

Wow! This works! The Ninja Thirsti 18 oz is a travel mug / bottle from Ninja. I have owned Ninja appliances for years, and when I found out they were putting a spin on the travel mug / bottle, I knew I had to try it. This is my new go-to mug for travel or just around the house. This bottle works great. Experience: I decided I would put the Ninja Thirsti up against insulated tumblers and an opened bottle of soda. After a day of waiting, the Thirsti was still cold and fizzy whereas the opened soda bottle and the insulated tumbler had long since gone warm and flat. I like the twist close lid. I never had any leaks. Everything is constantly perfectly sealed. Cleanup: Ninja advertises the Thirsti as dishwasher safe, but to prolong the life of the bottle, the instructions recommended hand washing the bottle. However you decide to wash the bottle, you should know there are three different rubber fittings inside the lid. Should you ever lose or need to replace those rubber gaskets, Ninja does sells replacements for the three gaskets on their website for two dollars apiece. Conclusion: I really like this travel mug. I prefer to wash it by hand, but washing in the dishwasher works as well. Ninja already makes many of my go-to appliances, this is now my go-to bottle. If you find yourself seeking an insulated bottle to keep your drinks cold, warm, and / or fizzy, you should check out the Ninja Thirsti. 5/5

The Ninja Thirsti 18oz. Travel Bottle is the perfect water bottle for me — and not just for water. I know it’s designed to go with Ninja’s Thirsti drink system, but this thing rocks as a stand-alone travel bottle. The interior is mirror-finished stainless steel. This is important when wanting to use the Ninja Thirsti with a carbonated drink. The CO2 in your drink is constantly looking for something to attach itself to — and then form bubbles (think champagne in an etched glass where the bubbles rise in a certain design). This is how to quickly lose carbonation, making your drink go flat. Ninja helps defy this process by using the mirror finish. Nothing for the CO2 to cling to. I love my sparkling waters, and the Ninja keeps the fizz going for as long as I’m enjoying the drink. The bottle even has a built-in pressure release valve. Pretty amazing. I really like the exterior. Mine is black and it’s kind of a matte finish. It feels good and secure when grabbing ahold of this thing. It’s kind of hard to see in the pictures, but there is a slight indentation on either side of the bottle, making it that much easier to grip. Nice touch. My Ninja fits nice and firmly in my car’s cupholder. This is good because the cup holder actually keeps the bottle from spinning as I’m loosening the lid. (For reference, I have a late model Chevy Blazer, so I would assume that most GM vehicles would be fine.) As far as thermal properties go, the Ninja Thirsti works great. It’ll keep my coffee hot for hours (longer than I need before a refill ;-), and I’ve come back to this following a day where I’ve had a cold beverage and there’s still ice clinking around inside. Impressive. I had to laugh at myself the first couple days using the Ninja. I was getting annoyed by the swing-away lid when taking a drink. If I didn’t hold it in place with my index finger, it would swing back and smack me in the forehead! This alone might have been a deal-breaker and a star-deductor — until I realized that all I had to do was push it beyond that first stop and it would lock in place out of the way while drinking. Doah! Anyway, the Ninja Thirsti Travel Bottle is as sturdy as I could possibly need. It looks good and works amazingly. I cannot make this thing leak — even with a carbonated beverage. Wow!

The Ninja Thirsti 18oz. Travel Bottle is nicely designed with a clean, modern look and a flexible silicone handle. The round screw on top and square drinking cap both seem to seal tightly. The bottle feels solidly built and fits nicely in cup holders. The part I was excited about was that I could keep soda cold and fizzy for 24 hours. This bottle is unique since most travel bottles cannot hold carbonated beverages or it could build up too much pressure and ruin the seals and/or could be dangerous. I tested the bottle with soda and no ice since I do not like my soda diluted by melted ice. The soda stayed cold and fizzy all day but the next day it was not cold enough but it was still pretty fizzy. I felt like the cold for 24 hours claim did not work well. I think the 2 days ice claim works fine. The LeakLock lid worked well in that it did not leak or spill at all. The bottle is also BPA free and is made of 18/8 stainless steel. Overall this is a really good start at a BubbleLock travel bottle but I don’t think it works as we as it should.
