After several days of using the Ninja Thirsti 18oz Travel Bottle, I am amazed by its exceptional performance in holding cold and hot drinks. Its design embodies an elegant minimalism and features a thoughtfully crafted handgrip with flat areas on both sides, making it effortlessly easy to hold. This bottle has a lightweight construction that instills a strong sense of durability. Its dimensions are perfectly calibrated, allowing it to snugly fit into car cupholders and the pockets of my backpack. What's truly remarkable is its consistently effective leak-proof design, which has pleasantly surprised me by reliably preventing spills, even during the rigors of my daily backpack use. Beyond its standard features, I appreciate how the bottle's lid remains securely in place when open, thanks to a clever hinge-notch mechanism. The standout feature is its exceptional ability to maintain the temperature of both hot and cold beverages flawlessly. Crafted from stainless steel, it not only signifies durability but also resists rust. The double-walled vacuum insulation is a game-changer, ensuring that drinks remain refreshingly cold for up to 24 hours or hot for 12 hours. Furthermore, the addition of a leak-proof lid and a convenient silicone handle enhances its overall appeal. In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend the Ninja Thirsti 18oz Travel Bottle to anyone in search of a travel companion that possesses not only sturdiness and leak resistance but also the remarkable capability to preserve the ideal temperature of beverages for an extended period. Furthermore, it offers the convenience of easy cleaning in the dishwasher while also being free from BPA.

My new go to bottle. I spend a lot of time in and out of an office that requires all drinks to be in sealed spill-proof containers and this Ninja Thirsti travel bottle fits the bill. In fact, the more I use it the more I appreciate how well designed it is. Not just aesthetically, but there’s a lot of seemingly minor details that make a big impact on how convenient this travel bottle is to use. For instance, there’s a silicone leash that’s integrated into the top half of the body, no biggie, but the flat hinge for the leash makes a perfect anchor point to help twist the top half off without your hands slipping. Same with the 2 flat edges that run along the bottom main body which helps you maintain a good grip on the bottle without it twisting in your hands. Even the bottle cap itself is well thought out and possibly the best part about it. The square shape of the cap makes it easy to open, even one handed, and the cap leash has a detent that prevents it from hitting you in the face when you drink. Inside, the body has a smooth mirror polish which supposedly helps carbonated drinks stay fizzy longer. I can say that it definitely works, however I don’t know if it’s actually any better than any other sealed bottle. On that note, the sealing on this travel bottle is fantastic and has been 100% leak free in the week I’ve had it. It also does a great job of keeping drinks hot or cold. I wouldn’t say it’s the best I’ve had in that regard, but it isn’t a slouch either. I pack it with ice and water in the morning and the ice survives multiple refills of water and Sprite throughout the day until the evening. In terms of hot liquids, I’ll put hot tea in it at night and it’ll still be warm the next morning. Not hot, but warm enough to not need to heat it back up. The body also seems to stay at a neutral temperature which makes it easy to constantly hold. It doesn’t even feel warm when I put hot tea in it which is great, but a little jarring when you take a sip and forget that you put something hot in it. I can’t comment on the durability because I haven’t dropped it yet, but it’s made with stainless steel and BPA free plastic. It’s also dishwasher safe, though the instructions recommend hand washing if possible. Overall, this is an outstanding travel drink bottle and I highly recommend it. It has a leak proof sealing system, is easy to open, the cap doesn’t hit your face, keeps drinks hot and cold for over 12 hours, fits in cup holders, and looks pretty spiffy. As a designer, I also love the functional attention to detail like the easy open cap and flat grips. This might be my new go to for Christmas presents this year. Great job Ninja! PROS - Thoughtfully designed - Square cap easy to twist open - Built-in silicone leash useful - Leash hinge good anchor point to twist off top half - Bottle cap hinge prevents it from hitting your face - Flat edges on sides for easier grip - Fits in regular cup holders - Keeps drinks fizzy - Leak proof - Maintains hot and cold temps for hours - Attractive design - Machine washable - 18oz size CONS - Sometimes cap doesn’t twist on properly - Don’t know if it really keeps drinks fizzy longer than other sealed bottles

My wife and I have tried many different travel bottles to find one that holds a reasonable amount, is easy to carry, keeps temperature, and actually fits in our vehicles' cupholders. The Ninja Thirsti is as close to perfect for us as any bottle we have ever tried and looks nice too. Pros - Solid feel, with a nice textured exterior that looks great and is easy to hold. - Integrated rubber carrying handle works great (you can flip it down to carry the bottle with your hand thru it for a better grip or flip it up and carry the bottle with the rubber handle by itself). - Twist open cap remains attached, even when open for a drink, and seals well with no leaks when closed in any bottle position. - Awesome at keeping fizzy drinks fresh. I found that my carbonated beverages stayed fresh for well over 24hrs and still opened with a satisfying hiss. - The 18oz size is a perfect fit for every vehicle cupholder I tried (2017 Mini Countryman, 2021 Toyota Highlander, 2022 Toyota Sienna, and a 2020 Jeep Gladiator). - Stainless interior is easy to clean. Ninja says the bottle is dishwasher safe, but we found it easy enough to clean with just soap and water. Things to Consider - The Thirsti is good at keeping things at temperature, but I was not able to get the 24hrs for cold items and 12hrs for hot items that Ninja claimed. I found the limit for me was about 8hrs, before hot things became just warm and iced drinks (half ice/half liquid) completely melted. - It is about a 1/2" too tall for our older single cup coffee maker, even with the drip tray removed - not a deal breaker, but it just adds an extra step of brewing hot drinks in a shorter cup and then pouring it in to the Thirsti.

    Stays Cold Longer

The Ninja Thirsti is a game-changer when it comes to travel bottles! It's compact, lightweight, and has a sleek design. The 18oz capacity is perfect for staying hydrated on the go without taking up too much space in your bag and fits nicely in my cup holder. One of the standout features of the Ninja Thirsti is the new Triplethermo technology. This model is designed to keep your drinks colder and fizzier even longer. Cold for 24 hours. Ice for 2 days. Hot for 12 hours. Now my real life test.. I will say I do think it keeps colder longer than my competitive leading brand, but the fizz was hard to tell in the short time have used it so far. When I tested how long the ice would last, I filled it halfway with ice and 12 hours later I had some left. So, you will get a couple more hours than the 12, but not 2 days, unless maybe you fill it packed with ice.. just my opinion. The leak-proof lid is another highlight of this travel bottle. You can toss it in your bag without worrying about any spills or leaks. Plus, the wide mouth makes it easy to fill up and clean. However, it does take two hands to open and close. I do prefer the option of a push button you can open with one hand. I am so used to my current model with this feature, that I find it hard to get used to this twist top. (-1 star) The carry handle is large and made of rubber, which make it very comfortable to carry and hold. I also appreciate the durable construction of the Ninja Thirsti. It's made from high-quality stainless steel that can withstand the rigors of travel and everyday use. The bottle is also BPA-free, which is always a plus when it comes to health and safety. Overall, I highly recommend the Ninja Thirsti 18oz Travel Bottle. It's a reliable, stylish, and convenient companion for all your adventures. So whether you're sipping on a refreshing iced water or enjoying a piping hot coffee, this bottle has got you covered! Cheers to staying hydrated wherever you go!

The Ninja Thirsti Bottle is an excellent addition to any travel set or road warrior kit. I haven't found a cup holder it didn't fit into, and it's been easy to fit into life. The sleek Thirsti bottle holds 18oz of liquid, whether hot, cold, iced, flat or FIZZY! There are other sizes, but this is the right amount for me. The bottle is 100% dishwasher safe, BPA-free, and has an 18/8 stainless steel body brilliantly polished interior. The mirror-like finish is the secret to the fizz protection, and it actually works! Now, back to the outside of the stainless-steel bottle enveloped in a grippy matte finish—the middle is a crimped flat impression on two sides for added grip and comfort. The silicone strap is nice to carry and easy on the hands. The lid is almost 100% plastic with proper silicone seals and hardware for a nice squared, easy-to-twist lid with a leak lock to protect even carbonated drinks from leaking and making messes. The bottle emanates premium vibes and is part of the Ninja Thirsti System. You can use this with beer, soda, juice, or anything carbonated you love or create. The bottle DOES actually make a difference in preserving the carbonation - all based on simple science. Porous vs sealed, like waterproofing, BubbleLock seals CO2 in so it doesn't go out. I am not a soda drinker, so the closest I could get was beer and a popular green bottle of "Natural Sparkling Mineral Water." The popular green plastic bottle of carbonated mineral water went flat about 2 hours before the Thirsti - Another win! In my photo, you can see how a regular bottle (left) just lets the bubbles burst and there is nothing in the water. The Thirsti bottle (right) doesn't allow anything to stick and actually repels CO2 from sticking and dispersing making it last longer. Keep the lid on and you will REALLY notice the power of CO2 preservation! I tested for heat, cold, and ice in my simple testing. I filled the bottle with hot coffee, iced water, refrigerated carbonated water, and BEER for a babysitting beer-drinking guest. THIS PASSED WITH FLYING COLORS! All claims were confirmed. Ice survived over 48 hours in the bottle. 72 hours - the 3rd day of testing, my ice water was STILL cold to confirm the 24-hour cold claim. Did the coffee test for the hot test and made coffee at 6 am that remained hot enough to sip right before 6 pm for results. The babysitting beer guest watched a complete day of football from 1 pm to 10 pm, and the beer still had bubbles, and it was still cold! WHAT!? My quality concerns are limited to the bottle lid and the interior finish. The weakness of many water bottles is the lid and handle. Like others, all plastic and connected by a flexible flap. After one or two drops, I don't think this will make it if you land on the lid, honestly. The comfortable silicone handle may fit 3 to 4 fingers to hold the well-built stainless-steel interior, insulated layer, and rugged exterior. I like the square cap instead of a traditional circle; it is easier to grip to tighten. I don't know how like the coating will last as you are discouraged from rubbing it as it could dull. This bottle works precisely the way it says, and all claims are valid in my testing. It keeps your drinks nice and cold, and if there is carbonation, it definitely makes it last longer than if you put it inside a regular bottle. There were no leaks or accidents from carbonation so if you want something specifically for carbonated beverage preservation over longer periods, this is worth a try. I haven't seen any other bottles specifically marketed for carbonated beverages. Maybe this could be a new trend.

This water bottle works great for my daily commute and frequent travels. I have been using this for a little over a week now and it is overall the best water bottle that I have tried. I like to take something hot to drink to work in the morning (i.e., tea, coffee, hot chocolate) and it really keeps the contents hot for 12 hours, like it claims. I have found, at the end of my day, whatever is left is still very warm. It also fits perfectly into my backpack and in my car's cupholder. This water bottle appears to be insulated very well and it is leakproof. Even with it completely full nothing leaks out, even when I tipped it upside down and shook it. I especially like the shape and sturdy silicon handle. The bottle is perfectly sized for most hands and is easy to grip and hold when drinking. Also, the outside stays cool even when you have a hot liquid inside. In addition, the cap screws off, but is attached to the lid, so it won't get lost, which works out great for kids. I can easily use this while driving without taking my eyes off the road. I feel the 18 ounce size is perfect for my day's beverage of choice, but I will probably purchase the larger 24 ounce size for longer travels and hiking. For the price, I feel this is an exceptional value because of how well made this is and that it really does live up to it's claims of keeping liquids hot for 12 hours and cold for 24 hours. I highly recommend this water bottle.

    Diet Coke Lover's Dream

My husband and I are addicted to Diet Coke. This bottle is a game changer for taking our zero calorie nectar on the go. Prior to finding the Ninja Thirsti bottle, I would only feel comfortable putting carbonated beverages in tumblers as I didn’t want pressure building up in a sealed thermos. That being said, I’m also a bit paranoid to bring unsealed beverages other than water in my car for fear of a spill. The Thirsti bottle eliminates this issue. The 18 oz bottle holds plenty of Diet Coke and ice. If 18 oz isn’t enough, Ninja does make a 24 oz bottle as well. Because it is sealed and insulated, it keeps my drink chilled for hours, even if I leave it in my car on a hot day. Because of its design, I’m not worried about too much pressure building up in the bottle or leaking, even when placed on its side. The bottle itself is the perfect size for a standard car cup holder, the silicone handle is large and grippy and rotates 180 degrees so you can clip the bottle to a bag, and the square top is much easier to grip and open than a round one. The only additional feature I would like to see is a soft (silicone?) bottom. You need to set the bottle down gently on hard surfaces or it makes a loud ting. It’s also easy to slide and knock over. Maybe like other brands, they’ll release sleeves for it in the future? As it is, I really love this thing and would absolutely recommend it to any other soft drink addicts out there.

This is a perfect companion to the Ninja Thirsti. It keeps the bubbles bubbly. This size fits better in my cup holder than the larger 24. While perfect for Thirsti - I am certain it would keep the bubbles in other carbonated drinks as well.

    For carbonated drinks

I have a few different sizes of insulated steel bottles that I use regularly for ice water. This Ninja bottle caught my attention, though, because it said it's specifically designed for carbonated drinks. The "use and care guide" that came with it says it's "engineered with a super-polished interior to prevent nucleation points that cause bubbles to escape and make your drink go flat faster." It definitely is unique from my other bottles because the inside really is polished like a mirror. It's hard to quantify how much better it might be at keeping my drink fizzy, but it does seem to work very well. Like any bottle, it holds the carbonation better when it's mostly full. I've filled it first thing in the morning, left it closed, then opened it up to have with lunch and it's just like a freshly opened pop. If I drink half of it mid-morning, though, then it does tend to go a little flatter because of the air space. The pressure sealing cap seems like a good design and is easy to use. You can twist off the small cap, take a sip, and then seal it up to keep the remaining pressure inside. The large cap unscrews for easy cleaning, and also drinking if you want to get some of the ice out. It does fit in every cup holder that I've tried. The design is simple with two vertical flat strips 180 degrees apart that help you to keep a grip on it. There's also a silicone strap attached to the lid for carrying or strapping it to something. My wife thinks the strap is the perfect size, but it's a little small for my hands. Still, I can get three fingers into the loop and that's the most convenient way to carry it. Beyond that, it's a pretty normal steel bottle. It's a convenient 18oz size and seems like it'll be very rugged. Ninja is backing it with a 5 year warranty, so it seems they expect it to be rugged, too.

This Thirsti Travel Bottle is a pretty cool innovation from Ninja. Every once in a while you come across something that you didn’t know you needed until you have it - this is it! So what problem does it solve? Well, recently I decided to trade off sugary sodas for carbonated flavored water and one of the big problems that you run into is most cups aren’t designed to really keep these drinks fresh so once you open the can, it’s almost like once food is prepared at a restaurant and they let it sit in the window. The quality declines at a rapid pace. Enter, stage left, the Thristi. What’s amazing about this, is one - it really DOES work. Two, Ninja apparently did their homework and this bottle is the perfect size. I have another bottle from a different brand and what’s annoying about it is it’s super thick and it does not fit anywhere comfortably. So in the car it ends up getting put on the seat and it rolls around etc. But that’s the only place it fits. This Ninja fits perfectly in the cup holder. It’s also got a sleek carrying/hold-while-sipping handle and it’s dishwasher-safe which makes it a breeze to clean. I have yet to try it with hot beverages (as it’s been a million degrees where I live) but I look forward to that next as we get into colder weather here in the upcoming months. I hope they come out with larger sizes as well!

Ninja Thirsti 18oz travel bottle. I love this slender stainless steel light weight travel bottle for quick errands, I tested it with hot, cold and carbonated drinks. First my coffee and tea both stood hot/warm the whole day, I tried it with cold water out of my dispenser it stood cold for hours then I tested it with ice the ice did not melt right away being that it is only 18 oz I drink it pretty quickly so I tested it on its own for the day filled up to a drink at least 2-3 times an hour. I tried it with soda stood cold and didn't go flat or explode from pressure and I actually left it in the car while I was shopping in almost 90 degree weather I wanted till I got home for the fear of it exploding but to my surprise it didn't and it was still cold! My kombucha stood cold and carbonated didn't have metallic taste which I noticed has happened with other metal bottles I have. It has a nice screw on cap that stays connected to the bottle, it is leak proof I left it laying down in the sink with hot, cold and carbonated drinks not a single drop leaked out. The description does say it is sent proof which of course I did not test hopefully I won't have to experience if it is. Over all pretty impressed and satisfied. Also it fits in my car cup holder.
