Just wish I could be a little bit wider, but then it defeats the purpose of being easy to travel around with.

A few months later 1 1/4 inch steaks were dried out and overcooked at 4 ½ minutes per side. Except that the fat was completely undercooked. This was using grill mode on high which worked perfectly for the first few months. using medium heat didn’t help, it just took longer to get the same results.
