The Amiibo functions probably have yet to truly unfold with users only getting a taste of their functionality with Smash Bros for Wii U but its worth the price even as a stand alone figure. The build quality and detail is great and many collectors will be picking up this line for sure.

My kids tell me these are great for Smash Bros. They have 4 of them and really like them.

It adds a cool element to the game. You get to boost up your favorite character.

I have almost all of these figures. They look nice but as of right now they don't do much in games. They look nice though!

One of my favorite games is Hyrule.Using this amiibo gives you a special weapon that helps in the adventure mode. Every time I play Hyrule, I will tap Link against the game pad for a daily present from 1 to 50,000 rupees, a weapon or something random/

Had to get link alongside my Princess Zelda amiibo, figure is nice, had to find one that didn't have any color bleed from the sword in his hand but I got lucky and it wasn't as big and issue on the one I ordered.

Amiibo's are a great collectors item for any Nintendo Fan. This one in particular is from The Legend of Zelda series. You can get exclusive items for The Breath of the Wild from him. I recommend this for any Zelda Collector.

I'm just a sucker for Legend of Zelda swag. I mostly use it for Super Smash. Not every game supports every amiibo, please be sure to research which game supports each amiibo. (I'm pretty sure Super Smash Bros supports most of them.)

Good idea but features are not to great. Getting extra content on games are nice and easy to get.

Amiibo's are Nintendo's way of entering the interactive figurine game, and so far it has boomed quite well for them. It does what it needs to, give small bonuses in the games it works on for the Nintendo Wii U.

This was bought simply because it was a Link figure. My nephew was having a Zelda birthday party and this was perfect!! Even though he doesn't have the game, he can use it on his other games to dress as Link.

Nintendo has literally struck gold with these figures, but in some ways you can tell where they had to cut corners, such as the lack of detail to the face and that thick yellow pillar used to allow the stance they wanted, which takes away from some of the aesthetics. But, it's still a beautiful device and I love the function in game

Works like it should and i was very happy to realized that here is protection on it to make sure no one else can use it till it was open how ever, you have to open it but it is very sweet and awesome

This is a bit of a fun add on but does not add a ton a new stuff to the games.

Nice little figure for display or play on smash brothers and hyrule Warriors.

The figure worked well with wiiU to add the Link character to game. Only thing to be aware of is there are several styled link character. When buying for a child be sure which one they want.

I purchased this amiibo along with two others when Best Buy had them as a deal of the day. I love collecting anything related to The Legend of Zelda and couldn't pass up the great deal.
