I’m not even a big Zelda/Link fan but this was too cute NOT to buy it. Besides I’ve started a nice little collection of amiibos sooo there’s that! I had preordered this along with another amiibo. But could only do it online and not in store. Which I hope they will fix for the future. I like to get Shopkick points for my purchases in store and online I can’t. Please fix for the shopkickers out there!

I don’t really use this amiibo for the functionality it has in Links Awakening, though it works just fine for that. I buy amiibo of characters I like, however, and this one was just too cute to pass up. He has a very cute, glossy look to him that matches the art style of Link’s Awakening, and he looks more at home with my other Nintendo characters, as opposed to some of Link’s other designs.

Only issue is not as issue with Best Buy and happened to another one I bought a couple years back the packaging around the base was really tight and I ripped the base off… though absolutely amazing product!

What is there to say, you've seen one amiibo you've seen them all. If you have a game that needs it, then it's worth more to you. If not it still is great to have a figure on your shelf, and know that at any time a game can come along that will use it and let you unlock stuff or do something cool. I have to add, it's nice to see cool variations on known IP's

I picked this up for my son since he is starting to collect amiibo and I was curious what it unlocked for Link's Awakening. Overall, we both really like it and the glossy look of it makes it look sharp. It was also on sale so the price was right as well. We don't have any other link figures to compare it to but my son likes it and that's good for me.

This amiibo is well crafted. It can be used in BOTW as what I believe is toon link.

The detail is amazing. Looks identical to link in the remastered link's awakening.

The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening game isn't complete without its respected Amiibo figure! Unlocking a shadow Link to play side by side with your character makes it worth the extra Best Buy. Works right out of the box and as long as you progressed through the story enough, you'll be able to experience all this Amiibo has to offer! Highly recommended.

There's definitely going to be some debate on whether or not this amiibo's style is appealing or not, but it's another high quality creation that really does emulate the game's look. It has a shinier "toy" look compared to some other amiibo, but it's overall charming. No weird stabilizing protrusions either, so this one looks much more "pure" in that sense. Recommended for a Zelda fan.

I am really digging the Link: The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening Series Amiibo. It really resembles the actual glossiness of the character in the game. As most Amiibos, it is well designed, and seems of sturdy quality. I used the Amiibo feature in some games -especially for the Shadow Link in Link's Awakening. Highly recommended for the gamer and/or the collector!

...which is not a fault of this figure, to be fair. The remake of Link's Awakening looks fantastic apart from giving Link creepy soulless eyes. The Amiibo itself is great in quality, like Amiibos tend to be, so as long as you like the design.

It's small, looks really shiny, its one of the cutest amiibo you can find.

Love Links awakening and this is a must have if you have the game. Was going to buy it elsewhere but everyone was out. Bestbuy is now my last resort for anything sience they cancelled gamers club. I think its every one elses last resort as well considering they were only store to have it in stock. Everywhere else is cheaper for game items including but not limited to gamestop.

Love the design of this amiibo. The glossy finish really sets it off.
