All in all, just about what you'd expect. I saw the Ryu amiibo at a few other retailers before and after visiting Best Buy and each had different quality paint jobs. But the one I got has only one other that I saw looking better.

I mean, he looks pretty great, especially compared to some of the other amiibo (ahem Marth and Donkey Kong). Also it's F*CKING RYU. I don't even play Street Fighter but having a figurine of him is awesome.

Fine paint apps and really nice sculpting. Really gets those details for such a small figurine.

The later waves of the Smash amiibo all have a ton of detail and are readily in stock.

great working amiibo, good for smash bros if you don't want to buy the character to play this way you can use it to battle and have an amiibo at the same time, so it sort of unlocks him for you

It's great to see a third party character make its way onto the amiibo scene. It's simple and easy to use just like any other amiibo released so far, just tap and bring it to life in Super Smash Bros.

A well-designed figure of Ryu for fans of amiibos or Street Fighter.

I got this amiibo for my friend's birthday. It's a low cost gift, but it's super fun! Many people don't have amiibos because they don't know much about them. Buy them one, they'll love it.

We buy the figures just to collect and my son was so happy to get this one.

These figurines add enjoyment features to many of the games available.

The build quality is really good, and the detail makes a really great buy!

I love buying amiibos! They are so cute and great to display. I find that it's an awesome concept that you can save data into them yet also display them. Highly recommended!

Ryu is a classic character for nintendo fans. Nice looking figure.

Great job on this one, picked one up for myself and a friend that is a lifelong street fighter fan. My only complaint is he is not compatible with Mario Maker :(

Another decent quality but overpriced Amiibo by Nintendo.

This looks ok on my desk but that's about it. It's a shame they stuck with Smash trophy poses, Ryu should have had a more dynamic pose. It does the standard things amiibos do, so not much. But if you are a fan of Street Fighter and amiibos your probably going to want this regardless

Ryu looks great and works as a partner or foe in smash bros.
