Shovel Knight is a great game and the features unlocked with the Amiibo make it worth the purchase. Build quality is great too! One of the only Amiibo without a foil square in the bottom of the box so you can use it without removing it from the packaging!

Unlike many amiibo, this one adds substantial amount of content to the game it's intended for. In Shovel Knight, this amiibo lets you level up Shovel Knight to learn new abilities as well as customize his appearance. It should basically be used for a separate playthrough since it alters the experience a fair bit compared to playing the game normally. It also unlocks new challenge stages that are fun to play. The only downside is this amiibo doesn't do much in most other games.

This was a nice surprise as the first 3rd party Amiibo release. Excellent game and a nice job on the Amiibo.

The statuette itself is alright, but the custom knight and co-op mode it unlocks in the Wii U version of Shovel Knight is fantastic. It can also be used with the 3DS version for custom knight, but not for co-op.

Getting your hands on this 3rd party amiibo is a real treat. This is the first non-Nintendo IP with an amiibo. Def worth skmething one day- don’t open it!

Nice little figure and from an indie game to boot. The best feature is there is no strip under the figure blocking it from being scanned, so it can be kept in the box and used.

This is a great figurine! I bought this as a gift. Great for any ages.

Works well with the Wii U version. Haven't tired with 3ds version yet.

This amiibo looks great. It may only function with the Shovel Knight game (right now at least), but it adds a lot of depth (pun intended) to an already amazing game!

Unlocks the custom knight in 3ds which levels in a more traditional rpg fashion and the same for wiiu with the addition of 2player mode which is VERY fun.

This is obviously the black sheep of the amiibo brand, not being a first party Nintendo character. Looks good enough, but kind of plainly detailed. Would have made more sense to put Shovel Knight in Sm4sh alongside the likes of Ryu and Cloud so he could get a proper amiibo.

I bought this for collectability. Come to find out I can use it in the Wii U and 3ds versions. The best part is on the Wii It unlocks 2 player mode!

The shovel knight Amiibo doesn't add much needed support for the switch version of the game (Shovel Knight: Treasure Trove). Only thing added is a little useless fairy. Nonetheless, the figurine is top quality and sits well with your Amiibo collection.

Let's you play the exclusive co-op mode in the Wii U game. Not as good of build quality as official amiibo, but great to support the indie dev. :)

The shovel knight Amiibo looks pretty flippin sweet if I do say so my self, plus the added bonus that it allows co-op on wiiu's shovel knight is cool. Although it's obvious that the game is meant for a single player experience, it's still a nice little addition.
