I was missing this one for my collection and there it was in Best Buy waiting for me to buy it. I just display them and I think it looks cool.

BB shipment still sucks. I was going to keep my Snake Amiibo sealed, but the box was heavily damaged due to them shipping in a plastic envelope. Luckily the Amiibo itself wasn’t damaged.

Hopefully, Konami (or another developer) remakes Metal Gear Solid. Until then, we have this nice amiibo of Hideo Kojima's iconic Solid Snake to tide us over. Admittedly while not as detailed as later amiibos from Nintendo, this one is still a great one to have.

[Employee of bestbuy] It was a shock to see this amiibo back in circulation and when it came in, it was as brand new as could be! Love snake so much so im glad to finally be able to add him to my collection.

I didn't picked these up years ago when amiibos were new and the Smash line was being made. Glad to see these restocks happen at local levels, lets me pick up one of my choice and reduce risk of box damage in transit to 0.

Snake is the best amiibo figure ever. I just worry that his elbow will slip. Or that his bandanna will stop flapping in the wind. Or, that he will finally burst into action on a mission to save us all!!

Amiibos are what amiibos are. Its nice, but they arent perfect.

This is an amazing amiibo figure, it is very detailed and cool design of Snake from Metal Gear Solid series made by Konami, you can use the Near Field Communication or NFC technology built into the right joycon controller or in the middle of the pro controller where the Nintendo Switch logo is, different games are compatible with amiibo, but usually in smash bros ultimate, you can train and raise your amiibo character level.

This is the classic version of Solid Snake from the original Metal Gear Solid. The last time that I can remember that this series was on a Nintendo console was Metal Gear Solid: Twin Snakes for the Nintendo Gamecube. That being said, good luck finding another title that this will be compatible with besides Super Smash Brothers. This is a worth purchase though just for the amount for detail that was included in the sculpture.

Thanks you best buy for providing a way to purchase these amiibos in person so I know the quality of the paint etc. So much better than buying online.

Best Buy is the only US retailer that stocks this at the moment. So get it now while available before you collectors need to scour the market again for marked up listings.
