    I bought it for my best friend’s son, since it was his birthday and his favorite character was Mario. I hope Nintendo will re-release the Mario and Peach cat version amiibo. I wasn’t able to buy it on the last run.

    It's an Amiibo. It does what it's supposed to do so that's already a great thing. My son is slowly collecting them.

    Although I do not think the Amibos as a whole add much to the games they interact with, my kids, 10-15 all enjoy the use. They have only used them with Mario Party 10 and Super Smash Bros but like them with those. This Mario is made specifically for Party but will do things on Smash but not to the extent that the specific Smash Bros Mario will (I think). Overall another annoying add on product to suck our money but not too expensive (look for sales) and the kids enjoy them.
