There really isn't much use for these amiibos.

Nintendo could have done so much more with these, like allow these to be used to allow people to catch a rare pokemon in the 3ds versions of pokemon X/Y/ORAS! They are only good if you are a collector.

If you like pokemon go for it. if youre looking for a deep in game experience with this figure id say youre not getting the right one. It really only works with smash bros. in a meaningful way.
