The amiibo works as expected. You can run around in a tux! Oh and you get to run around like you collected the invincibility star, for a little bit anyway...

I wanted a Mario Amibo to use in Super Mario Odyssey to grant 30 seconds of invincibility. Works well and also gives the Mario Wedding Tuxedo as an outfit!

The amiibo is a nice add on to the video game. Kids love to play with them as well and play pretend. They definitely know who the character is.
