Really great sculpts

They have awesome sculpts and little details, capturing the characters really well. When used in game they turn your Plaza to the Splatfest night time version, and you can have the characters perform songs. It's a nice little touch, but ultimately kind of lacking as far as some of the functionality of other amiibo. It would have been nice to have gotten more solo challenges like the other Splatoon amiibo have.

The functions that these amiibos have are a little odd, but using one of these amiibos allows you to listen to the Splatfest music at anytime.
