I've ordered these a couple of times, and the e-mail delivery times are very inconsistent and unreliable. Sometimes it is near instant - other times it takes hours. If you are in a rush to buy something, you are better off going to a store than relying on this gift card delivery. The codes work fine once delivered, but the inconsistent delivery speed ruins the concept of digital delivery.

I got this because i have a preorder coming up soon, and i needed to add $5 to the available funds. If i could give this a 0/5 star, I would. It's been 3 hours, and I still haven't gotten the code. I reached out to an agent, and they said it'd arrive by 9AM. I hope it does, but im not optimistic from all the reviews that i've read (eish i saw the negative reveiws before buying) I'll be disputing the charge at 11AM if they dont give me my code. I think it's fair at that point. They said 9AM, and i will give them 2 extra hours to figure it out. Anyway, horrible service. The reason you buy codes online is to get them immediately, if not 10-15 minutes after purchase, not days, weeks, or months. I would say I hope they fix it soon, but I doubt I don't even do that. DON'T BUY THIS! PLS SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! THEY NOT GIVE CODE.

OK, transaction was successful (that's why I give 2 stars), but the waiting time for me is un-understandable... Because it's just a securely and digitally generated code, that can be done in SECONDS, and I can't understand why I need to wait HOURS for this ****. I only recommend it for patient customers... Anyway, you can also add funds via directly on your Nintendo account. And that's INSTANT...

The reason i bought this gift card was because of 2 reasons, 1. My switch doesnt want to use my visa gift card, and 2. Amazon and other places do not let you buy them for some reason. It has taken so long and i still have not got the gift card i want. So thinking that it was glitched I bought another one and after reading the reviews i am completely done with best buy. Not only are they doing this to me but when i tried using warrenty to fix my switch they denied it because they wanted to and i did something i did not want to do and that was get the manager. I am truly shocked.

This is a nintendo e-gift card. However “available soon after purchase,” is vague and seems to be purposely misleading. I purchased this for a quick turn around. No idea when my order will be processed. Extremely dispointed that something supposedly digital takes longer than mere minutes. Are store employees opening physical cards and entering in numbers manually? It should be made clear that this IS NOT a fast turn around time.

I was going to buy two digital Eshop cards to send to my long distance girlfriend so she could buy Freedom Wars Remastered while it's still on sale, but this asinine site took my $30 from PayPal and my verified email and spat them back in my face. Don't bother ordering here, you might as well just get any cards you need in person at your nearest convenience store.

It's been 2 days and the activation code email hasn't been delivered. Do NOT order from BestBuy for these digital gift cards, just order directly from the Nintendo store. Extremely disappointed and ruined my plans. Contacted support and they said it takes at least 24 hours to deliver. Seriously? It's been 2 days now... I needed this yesterday, hence the entire point of purchasing a digital gift card.

Been waiting over 48 hours for the digital code to be sent to me. Contacted support was told it will be sent, Still have not recieved anything! Plus they will not refund as well! Save yourself the headache and money and DO NOT BUY THIS. They will take your money and never send you the code!

I bought this thinking I could use it within 30min, but it’s been 3 days and I haven’t gotten an email with the code for the card. I need to use this before the eshop on 3DS shuts down. Please email me with my code.

It has been 48 hours since I ordered this, expecting it to show up in a few minutes like Amazon does, but it still says "order received" with no updates. I have not received any further emails about it and do not have the code yet. Until Best Buy gives me the card, they've essentially stolen $50 from me. Buy it from Amazon or somewhere else instead.

Best buy doesn’t actually own the gift cards, they just sell them and take the money. I’ve waited 2 days for a digital code and it’s 5-7 business days to cancel if I went a different card route. Customer support is the most unhelpful bunch I’ve worked with in some time. Don’t buy from this terrible store FRONT they just want your money and won’t help you

Digital code should be sent away within 5 minutes. Like Amazon does. Waiting longer is unacceptable. BestBuy is the worst place to buy digital codes. Take your money somewhere else. If you are unable to deliver it fast - put a warning next to the item description that your digital delivery “soon” means something like 24-48 hours.

Purchased and didn't receive an email for download. Talked to customer service the next day and they said to cancel and purchase another one it should arrive within minutes. Still never got it. Apparently it takes 24-48 hours

I've been waiting over 24hrs to receive a DIGITAL gift card that could and should have been instantaneous. I'm waiting a few more hours before canceling and buying on Amazon. Ridiculous.
