My son said he was happy to get this because he could get anything he wanted for this much cash.

This is the only way I can find discounted eshop cards. It goes on sale about every 6 months

ESHOP IS A NICE WAY TO LOOK FOR CHEAP GAMES. AND THE CARD DOES REALLY HELP WITH SHOPPING.

This card was neater than it was in other stores and was at a great price when i got it.

Also love the new characters, it use to be just Mario and Princess Peach, now I can find Goomba and Koopa and other by different retailers.

Not much you can say about this item. It is a prepaid card, and it worked as it should.

I normally don't buy pre-paid cards, but I found this one on sale for $15.99. If you're paying full price, it really isn't worth it (unless it's for a gift), since you're paying additional sales tax for the item. If you're buying one to use, it's a lot less hassle to just add the funds directly through the Nintendo store on your console. If you find one on sale, I'd definitely recommend it, since you're getting the $20 for less money.

This works as a gift card through the 3Ds or Wii U e-shop. You pay no tax when you buy the card and no tax when you buy the software. Additionally this is a great way to spend your Best Buy $5 or $10 point rewards. Additionally you get an AR card that can be scanned and used with the free Taking Pictures with Mario app. Only downside is you will not get the My Nintendo gold coins with your purchase.

At 20% off its like getting free money. The Good thing is, you are not taxed on the initial purchase of the cards but you are subsequently taxed when you make a purchase on nintendo eshop. I wish best buy would have sales on the digital games because my apartment is too small to be collecting games cases and boxes. Love the Nintendo eshop sales! Last time I checked Shin tense I megami and etrian odyssey were on sale! I slam your face!!

If you don't like using a credit card to pay in the eShop, then this is the way to go.

Occasionally, Best Buy has run sales on these prepaid cards. It's a steal to stock up and load them on your account, so you can take advantage of deals going on in the Nintendo eShop. On the Wii U, not having a physical game isn't as much a problem (I tend to not trade in games), but on the 3DS, you might do better getting a physical cartridge if you have more than 1 system in your household (e.g., multiple kids with a 3DS).

Its nice to have something extra yo go with a gift card. The ar card is a nice addition.

Son loves using these funds on Pokémon Shuffle. :)

If you try to maximize your points balances, this is a no-brainer. Yes, you can just buy stuff on the e-shop with a credit card, but buying a Nintendo points card instead will get you best buy points in the process. Plus, you don't have to enter your credit card information into another part of the internet, if that's a concern. It'll also keep you from going crazy and buying every virtual console game out there.
