If you have a WiiU or a 3DS and you like to download games, you need to use these prepaid cards. You can use a credit card, but why put your credit card number out there when you can use a prepaid card.

Although entering codes into a WiiU or 3DS may be a bit annoying, prepaid cards/codes are safer to use than credit or debit cards, whether you're buying for yourself or for someone else.
