I purchased two $35 cards when they were on sale for 20% off. The cards also come in other denominations with Mario and Luigi characters on them and are available online and in-store. They are for purchasing games from the Nintendo eShop which carries the latest Nintendo titles as well as classic, retro and indie games for the Wii U and 3DS/2DS systems. Once you have an eShop account setup, just follow the instructions on the back of the card to register your credit to your eShop account. Your eShop account can also be linked to both your Wii U and 3DS/2DS systems, allowing you to share your credit between them. Games in the eShop go on sale from week to week, so you can really maximize your purchases and extend your credit if you're patient. Demos of many of the games are available for download, allowing you to make better purchasing decisions. They also make great gifts for Nintendo fans of all ages. Happy Gaming!
