    This product arrived with only 7 of the 8 parts tossed in a box. The unit was sticky like it was never wiped down and looked like just a used trade in beat up. I was quite dissatisfied that buying a product from bestbuy there was no manuals, or proper packaging

    I’m an extremely disappointed with this purchase. We have had our switch for 9 months, we both it as “geek squad certified refurbished” and it stopped working. Best Buy won’t do anything about it and says it has no warranty through them even though they guarantee it and Nintendo wants 150 dollars to fix it... literally half of what it cost us... now it’s useless to us after 9 months.... do not trust Best Buy’s refurbished products.

    Everything looked brand new except it came with NO joycons. Rather pay the extra and buy a brand new one

    Unlike it's full price counterpart, you will get the system without a memory card and for some lucky people a game. That does not justify the $30 price difference. Needless to say, I regret my decision.

    Got this for my grandson and ordered a month early. Sadly I did not take it out of the box because I trusted Best Buy. They now say I have to send to Nintendo for repair and Nintendo is saying there is no warranty
