    I ended up having to return because one of the remotes wasn't connecting after trying alot of troubleshooting. I wonder if they are even checking these to see if they work. I wouldn't consider refurbished if it doesn't work properly.

    Pretty chill little device. Didn't know what to expect, what with mine being refurbished, and all. Great way to engage with my kids, see how and where they place their attention. It's also nice how I can buy old games from different platforms, like devil may cry, arcade-style street fighter, and I'm sure there are others, but I haven't bothered to look. Would recommend.

    Do not buy this product…. I purchased this product and was delayed for 2 weeks, all for them to tell me on the third week that I would receive the order that same day. That night I didn’t receive the product but instead got an email that my order had been cancelled.
