Works great when it works. I am really tired of the joy con drift. I don't understand how nintendo could make a system for 4 yrs and still to resolve this issue.

Good while it lasts, but ultimately a defective design. I keep needing to buy these because of the dreaded “joy-con drift” that occurs (google it). If I wasn’t so invested in the Switch platform (which is great overall) I’d consider stopping buying these, but it is what it is. Nintendo does offer to fix them for free at this point (because of a lawsuit), but I hate the process of sending things in and what not - and when you want to play, you just want to play.

I wish nintendo would fix their joycon drift issue so I will stop having to purchase only the left or right one of these joycons.

Good product, good pickup experience. Buying two separate joy-cons is the same price as a pair (actually one penny cheaper).

They work but for mine it had a little squeaking noice when moving the stick around

Dreaded joy-con drift has caused me to replace it.

I received a malfunctioned product. I received this order by mail on Feb 1st and I got busy and didn't use it until Feb 21st. THIS CONTROLLER IS MALFUNCTIONED AT THE VERY FIRST TIME USING IT!! The stick is so hard to control and it keeps going to the left side. I'm even more disappointed to realize it's past the return date. I'm not even sure if I can exchange it. This is so unacceptable from Best Buy. I mean, come on. I will get to the bottom of this. I've been a Best Buy customer for years, and this is the first time I receive a malfunction product. Very disappoined.

I bought it because it was an open box with excellent condition. Received a greasy, well used and broken item. It was so bad the both sides of paint was worn out. Clearly someone returned the old joycon and kept the new one. Needs better quality check before reselling as an openbox. Disappointed.

Item was defective (very bad drift). Best Buy will not handle and shunts off to Nintendo to fix.

I hate these pieces of crap. It's already broken after minimal and soft use.

Disliked this. Joycon drift was noticeable right away after a month. Will be sending to get replaced.

Battery barely keeps charge. I think I got a return with a bad battery. My other controllers bought as a pair work. Only the two bought individually from BestBuy don't last long.

You need this to play the switch but it broke within 3 weeks. Poor quality. This is the third one.

This joystick is trash! I've had it for 2 months, and it is already unusable!

Easy to use for all ages! My family loves the joycon remotes and the bright colors make them easy to find.

Works great, easy to setup with my switch system. My original controller stopped working so I really needed this as a replacement

I got this as a replacement for my joy con that drifted and broke. It’s annoying that Nintendo switch still has this issue. It works with switch 2 and is good for some games.
