Item just doesn't seem to be as pictured. It's much smaller and doesn't seem like much effort or quality was put into making it. I regret not getting amazon pre order bonus but it is what it is. They sent me two of these so i honestly just gave them away. I would of maybe kept one if it would of been better qauility but its not. Kind of ugly sorry if it comes off as mean. The picture you see when ordering looks different from what you get. Game is very much worth it and you should buy double pack if you want both games but dont expect much from the keychain

Retailers love to "forget" to include the pre order bonuses but actually managed to get me mine this time. They aren't anything special but are ok

I am going to be harsh here in the sense these are cheaply made and although free most kids would have no use for this outside of house keys. I could see them falling loose easily, however. I also had issues with shipping where the delivery guy seemed lost and could not find my house, said he was there then he was not. He returned the item to the store and I called a new guy did it, but was a hassle.

What’s the point of ordering an item with a free bonus that doesn’t ship together and to add to that why would they ship to different addresses? Best Buy step up your game! Don’t recommend buying from them if it needs to be shipped.

These are much smaller and lower quality than they appear in the picture.

BestBuy bonus item for Pokemon BD SP, it gave me the worst purchase experience from Best Buy. So 1 star.

Pretty nice that this comes with the double pack. It’ll make for a nice charm on maybe one of my kids backpack. Wish it came with 2 since comes with the game double pack but what can you do.

Best Buy usually has a free gift with purchase when new Pokémon games are released. The quality is excellent.
