    this is enough space for now to save your switch 2 games outside of the base console memory. wish there was higher capacities, but in time, there will be 1tb or more options.

    Samsung will always be my go to when it comes to storage devices. This sd card is from a great brand and will work just as needed. My only issue is that 256gb of data for a video game console is too small and I hope to upgrade to a 1TB express micro sd card in the future. Overall very satisfied and the mario branding on the card is a nice touch!

    Definitely a good add on for your digital collection of games. I prefer to have the game cartridge but with this new generation of games, many are going digital.

    You need a MicroSD Express Card as there is only 512GB internal memory. And no, Standard MicroSD will NOT work. In the future there will be larger cards and price will drop. I do recommend that you put the games that you PLAY NOW on internal as it is faster than this card. Move them to the card afterwards or uninstall as your game saves will be safe.
