I don't know what I'm going to do with this. Maybe nintendo could put a secret vending machine somewhere with a riddle somewhere leading dedicated gamers to it. When you plop in the cappy coin, you get a free whatever. Game? Shirt? I dunno, just hope it's worth something in 20 years.

A nice preorder bonus. Quality coin. Not that any extra incentive is needed to buy this great game.

This is a coin. It… serves no actual purpose. I can’t say I’m entirely uninterested in pre-order bonus items (I’ve enjoyed the cappibarra plush that came with Story of Seasons: Trio of Towns for 3DS, for example), but I do have a hard time trying to justify keeping this. I hate to say so, but it’ll probably end up in a junk drawer and later the trash :(

I got this coin on the day super Mario odessey released and I think it is a great collectors coin

Not much to say about a coin, came with the game. You wont use it for anything but a collectable

This is a nice little collectors coin which replicates the ones you find in the game. I would never pay the list price of $19.99 for it unless you are a hardcore collector of all things Mario, but as a free item for purchasing the game it serves as a nice collectors item.

This came with Mario Odyssey. I wouldn't have purchased it separately unless I was a collector.

It's a simple coin... As an adult it's not much but I gave it to my 6 year old and he loves it.

This is a neat collectible item, which along with the Best Buy Gamers Club discount, is a reason to buy physical games for the Nintendo Switch. The only problem I have with this item and other collectibles from Best Buy is I just don't know where to put them all.

Several years ago, my son won a Luigi coin at the Best Buy Nintendo E3 event. This coin is very similar. Very cool added bonus to our purchase. I think they sell these separately now. Not sure how much they charge for them, but they are pretty cool for kids to display.
