(I was too lazy to put photos btw) After painstakingly trying to find one of these in person (which they didn't have in an actual Best Buy either lol) I decided to buy this one online with delivery. Even though my delivery was delayed I was still glad I got it on time at my doorstep. No bugs, glitches, or anything broken. Love the color too, that's why I bought it. And I like that it's an exact amount (plus sales tax but you know how it be) so for $213 and trusting a complete stranger to bring my console to my home I'd say this was a good purchase.

My girlfriend is very happy with her new Switch. Since she is away at college and doesn’t own a TV, the Nintendo Switch Lite came in handy and was much cheaper than the standard model. So now we can play games together remotely and it provides us a great date night activity. I should note my girlfriend was not previously a gamer, but has been thoroughly enjoying becoming one!

Full disclosure: I’ve owned a Nintendo Switch since launch and absolutely love it. I bought the Switch Lite because 1) I love Pokémon and the design for this edition is fantastic, 2) I wanted to try out the dedicated handheld, and 3) I was gonna get a great deal on it, so why not? The console itself is extremely sturdy and comfortable to hold. I remember being very nervous when I originally got my first Switch (since abated), but no such fears the first time I held the Switch Lite. It’s smaller, more compact frame allows it to fit more comfortably in your grip. The system also has a better battery life, but there are a few games whose performance is impacted by the console (a simple Google search will bring up a list). This system also gets very hot; considerably hotter than I’ve ever noticed my Switch get. The console also does not have docking capabilities. In all, the Switch Lite really excels as a dedicated handheld companion and addition to the Switch family, and it’s great for someone looking for a relatively cheaper alternative to the Nintendo Switch.

Beautiful color and just the right size for a child. Make an already great portable system even more portable! Downside is the inability to connect it to your TV.

This Nintendo Switch Lite has been perfect for my 6 yearold niece. It is lightweight, easy for her to hold, and simple to use. She enjoys playing age-appropriate games, and the system keeps her engaged while also helping with coordination and problem-solving.

Most people think it would be stupid to buy a switch lite if you already have the regular switch. But what compelled me to buy it was the beautiful color and that it’s 10000000 times better handheld than the regular switch (duhhhhh) every time I used the switch in handheld it made my hands hurt cause it was just too big for a handheld as well as I was uncomfortable to bring it anywhere like on trips cause it was just not as portable as it’s supposed to be. So I was interested in getting this for Handheld purposes and was gonna keep my original strictly as a home console. And it was honestly the best idea ever had. Really good console!

I purchased the switch for my 11 year old son on Spectrum. He like game on his tablet and he enjoys the time he has with his Nitendo Switch. It’s a nice hands on item that keep him stationed in one place . He hasn’t dropped it yet . That’s a good sign : )

Love this!! Very easy to use and the picture quality is way better than I expected. Very sturdy and fits in the palm of my hands perfectly. Would definitely recommend this! You can take it anywhere with you, and the kids just love it. Keeps them quiet throughout a long car ride as well. Worth every penny.

Although the switch lite is small it has to be my favorite. it’s small, portable, and fits into any bag. i love to play games on the go and it fits into my backpack and doesn’t add any weight. i also think that the switch lite is great for kids! it’s cheaper than the other models and you can still play your favorite switch games.

I bought one for my almost 8 year old son recently. He loves it. Nintendo still makes the best consoles. I've been a Nintendo fan since 1989.

My daughter loves the color and portability, battery life, and free games. I would recommend getting memory card just in case but it's been a great purchase.

It was at a great price. Brand new. Beautiful color. My daughter absolutely loved it. Best buy fulfilled my order very quickly and it was ready in an hour.

I ordered this for my sister so she could have something to do during quarantine and she loves it! The color is super cute although I would have liked it a bit more pastel pink, the coral color is also very nice. Rather than a pink pink, it has more of an orangey like coral. I think it’s a pretty unique color compared to the others so I’m glad I got this! Since I also own the regular switch the lite is smaller than it. For people with smallish hands I recommend the lite since it is a bit easier and more comfortable to hold on your hands. Love it a lot!

The switch lite is very nice if you want to play games on the go. Handled all Switch games fairly well that I've played. Only cons (which are technically features): -- No ability to connect to TVs via HDMI cables. Not just the Regular switch Docks, but also any socks that connect via USB-C are not compatible. --joy cons are the same as the switch. It will likely get stick drift at some point. I recommend the protection plan so it can be repaired or replaced if needed. --Capacity is small for memory. This is easily fixed with a microSD thankfully. Otherwise, its a good system that works as intended: a light weight version of the regular switch.

This is my second Nintendo Switch and if you need something that’s more portable and affordable then look no more. The quality is lower than the original Switch but there’s a lot more upside as well. I never felt comfortable taking my Switch on road trips because of how bulky and all the accessories included. The Lite is my new on the road companion.

Ordered April 22 and received April 28. Screen size and graphics are impressive. Battery life is as described, usually around 4 total hours of playtime before needing to charge. Encouraged me to fight with the scalper bots to buy the full size console from Best Buy so my family can play games together. Great purchase, make sure to put a screen protector on it.

Bought before Christmas for my son, it is really easy to use and perfect if you don’t want to invest on the other more expensive pieces. Might help your kids become more responsible before buying anything more expensive.
