Great color, feels better than the other switches, but beware if you want this for a younger kid. For mobile handheld gaming the lite beats the oled and regular switch in terms of portability. It just feels better in the hand and it does what you need to do; but if you’re going to play docked avoid this at all costs as it can’t be docked no matter what. I bought 5 of these for my nephews and they’ve gone through 3 of them already. The blue one has something weird going on, it fell, with a bumper and screen protector installed, and the screen just broke. The blue one is under a month old and it blue my mind how fast it broke. It can be repaired but the earlier switch lites just felt more resilient.

Purchased this for my daughter for a Christmas gift and she hasn’t put it down yet. It holds a charge for a long time. I love the color as well!

I was always on the fence of getting the full-on Switch, and getting the Lite was the right choice. I enjoy traveling, and I couldn't imagine doing that with its bulkier cousin. I was surprised how much I loved the yellow color, which wasn't my initial choice, but once I saw it in person, it changed my mind. The battery life is strong, it's light (as in weight), fits in a slim case, and fun!

My daughter loves this to play her switch games on, and I love that she doesn’t have our home switch console to carry around with her.

Fun system but I wish I didn’t buy it as my gf all she does is play animal crossing so if you want to be ignored buy it

I've been playing video games ever since atleast 3 and this has to be one of the best consoles I've ever had and best handheld. The games are beautiful and the console very pretty, although it's kinda hard to fit in my tiny purse lol. The only problems are the battery life is low and the controls are weird to get used to, and how it can get kinda hot easily (it is very hot where I live) as it gets me worried for my console. Overall 10/10 best console to get on budget (albiet games are pretty expensive lol). I love my little switch and love playing it everyday.

My daughter has been asking to play games lately so i let her take the controller a few times. Seeing she was able to do what the game asked and her seeing paw patrol was available i decided to get her the lite for her 4th birthday. she loves it and can hold it just fine.

My son loved his Nintendo Switch. But for any parent that bought the regular handheld console, you might have heard about “drifting” joy con controllers. This Switch Lite solves the drifting issues since the controllers are attached to the screen, much like the Nintendo DS and other Nintendo handheld systems. We went for the teal color to add a little color (the grey model was too blah). All of his Nintendo Switch games work perfectly with the Switch Lite! If you downloaded games through the Nintendo’s E-shop, you can also transfer these games to the Switch Lite. He’s able to play Mariokart 8 and Fortnite!

Bought this for my 4 year old because he kept on getting my switch and playing with it. Now that he has his own switch he just goes into the games and then goes back to the main menu and picks another game he never really spends time on one particular game. I sit and watch him not finish a single race of mario kart before he quits and clicks on another game. I would recomend this its small and portable and more sturdy since its one single shell for the whole device.

I am not much of a gamer, just like the Animal Crossing and Mario Cart type of games to keep me busy while wasting time. The lite was easy to set up and use, my fingers just have to get use to the controls. I wish that the battery lasted longer and that is was easier to purchase games through the Nintendo online store.

To be completely honest this was an impulse purchase. I went in store to kill some time while I was waiting for a friend and I came across the switch and the switch lite. I spent close to an hour and a half just playing Mario Kart 8 on the switch lite and knew I had to bring one home. I wish I got it in gray, but It's amazing. I forget every now and then that it's actually touchscreen and the graphics are flawless. I love it. I take it everywhere with me and I'm 27. Extremely fun. My favorite feature is the Nintendo e-shop.

I am an adult and I am thoroughly enjoying this item.I bought Animal Crossing to play on it and the graphics are great. It is a lot of fun.
