I was not prepared for the power, this being my first scooter i expected something similar to a rental scooter but this thing has some TORQUE ! Gets me to and from work. Solid ride . Everything's adjustable and thank god because the brakes are way too powerful

Im 6'4 and over the weight limit by a noce amount and it still rides fast and smooth.

It a great scooter and you will how lots of fun on it and a excellent time and i love how it make sure your are ready for the max it can do by the 2000 miles you have to reach befor you can go all out and i love the control of the electric motor and i can easys make adjustments on the scooter by using the app.

Did everything it said it could do reliably but from the Best Buy page says it has a range of 40 miles when it’s 30

Great buy! only downsides are the battery dies within an hour, while it takes up to 5 hours to charge. it also hasn't gotten up to 30 mi in range but that could be because i weigh 230 and the max weight is 250 I think. also the price could be a bit better

Buying from Best Buy was my biggest mistake I informed them on my order when being delivered to please place in my backyard yet they ordered the product and put up no message for the delivery company they leave my package on my porch and someone swipes it obviously this is my fault is what Best Buy says they’re telling me to contact law enforcement for a refund like hello ? That’s what you’re there to help me in this situation I hate Best Buy now they don’t even wanna help me replacing the item or giving me a refund can’t even get an email about the situation 600$ to the trash I should’ve bought on Amazon instead I know they would had made it right

Upgraded from a KQI2 pro. Love the suspension, signal lights and the rubber deck. battery life is a little less than I hoped. been using it for all seasons and it's still working great

Awesome for my work commutes very smooth good speed

It is great scooter for easy-to-moderate terrain but it cannot handle hard-hilly terrain as described. I am 6’ 2” and 210 lbs and the scooter can go up slight hills with noticeable power difference. I would not use the scooter on gravel nor unpaved roads. If the road are poorly maintained then used the sidewalk instead.
