Love the scooter. It gets me from point A to point B. Easy to control. The battery tho. Full charge, ill go to work which is 3.1 miles one way. By the time i get to work the battery is just at 3/5 charge. The ad said it has a 25 mile at full charge.

Its good, but it overheats when you go up or downhill sometimes and is quite annoying cause it goes super slow when it does

This was bought as a gift for my granddaughter in Colorado. It is her sole transportation to get to and from school. She absolutely loves it and enjoys riding it.

Affordable, sturdy, 10 minutes to unpack and 1 step assembly, easily fit in my small SUV. In 3 days, been on 4 times in 2 days—love it. My spouse and I are seniors and never been on scooters—very easy to use.

It's an all around good buy for everyday commuter. Just don't have to go uphill a lot because your overall miles per charge decline quickly the more you push it.

Easy to set up and works amazing. Gaighter loves it. The reason i bought this scootwr was because it has the led daytime running light and the brightest light for night riding. I knew she would be riding it in the dark in our neighborhood.

Well made and mostly safety the safety on this is good the way it slows down when you going through a not so good route. But overall experience is really good.

Amazing scooter for my daughter to go back and forth to school on. Great for in town use and traveling on vacations.

Our son has had this scooter for just 4 months now. It actually goes a little over 18 mph but the operating range is more like 15 miles, not 25. Our older son works at a store that sells them and said they get returned often and not to buy it, but we didn't listen. Now, after just four months, one tiny little bolt that the front latch clamps onto when in the upright position has snapped inside, and the scooter is now permanently in the folded position. We went online to find replacement parts and they only sell the entire stem replacement at $153! Nearly half of what we paid for the scooter! Needless to say, we aren't very happy right now! Should've just spent the money on the e-bike to begin with!

Over all I think that my E scooter is amazing. It has really good features. And the brand NIG is good for the price. I absolutely recommend this electric scooter.
