    Seems like a wonderful and fast e-scooter until having it for 3-4 weeks. On the 1st one I ordered, thr screen stopped working. On the replacement scooter the charge lasts a shorter amount of time on each run and its max speed is decreasing on each run. I am trading this in again; this time for a different model.

    Don’t waste your money. Absolutely 0 warranty on NIU scooters. Best Buy does not handle any warranties with this company. All claims have to go through an email communication in China. Best Buy does not sell a warranty of any kind for these products and they do quickly wash their hands of you when they realize it is NIU product Bought a Kqi2 pro less than a year ago from Bestbuy. It has been ridden maybe 3 miles total. the tires still have the new nubs on them and the battery has died and will not charge. Sent copy of receipt to NIU for warranty and they say it does no qualify for warranty. Purchased November 26, 2022. Imagine that!! $450.00 down the drain. Thanks for nothing Bestbuy & NIU
