Decent scooter for in town… doesn’t go as far as advertised. Good brakes

Got this scooter as I thought based on the specifications and saw some reviews on youtube it looks like a great scooter and it looks like a $1000 scooter! Went all the way to pasadena best to pick it up after waited for 1 week and ready for this week thanksgiving with my kid. Tried to charge it, for 3 hours, then no beeping sounds, no indicator on, no light nothing! I saw some reviews that software needs to update or battery needs to check or something like that! Really?!?!?! This is brand new and we are paying for new items! I had my gotrax and segway since like 2 years ago and i ride it like there is no tomorrow and they are still working until today. Man, what a waste of time today, i had it for 6 hours and just got back from returning the item, i dont want to deal with problems on my holiday. Lesson learned : get something that have been in the market for a while. It was my fault thag I wanted to try something different! What a waste of time ! Terrible. Broke almost as soon as I started using it. Battery doesn't get the range advertised. Bad ride quality. Hard to use. Tires went flat. Bad quality product. Contacted Best Buy for refund or exchange for something else they said no because one day after return period. Never buying anything here again.

I called bestbuy bc i had an issue with this scooter. I went to lock the lever that holds the scooter and it broke off. I hadnt even had this scooter long. I commute only to work thats up the street from my house. This scooter does not go anywhere else . Bestbuy does not want to help after ive purchased so much merchandise from their stores. Its awful. I paid $400 for a scooter that broke under 3 months. Ridiculous.

DO NOT BUY! Have had this scooter 6 weeks and the battery has gone bad! Now I have to wait a week for a shipping label, then try to box the whole scooter up and ship it to Texas where they will 'fix it'. So now my kid will be without her scooter for several weeks. As I mentioned before I have had this for only six weeks!!! I would avoid NIU scooters. Never plan to buy one again.

This “company” is terrible, as of this moment I have a 2-wheeled brick sitting in my garage because the company is too lazy to respond to an email. Stay away from these crooks, and if you make the mistake of buying make sure you save the packaging. Because you will randomly need the QR code to be able to ride it

I bought this scooter about 6 months ago and have ridden about 500 miles total on it, and the motor is starting to die already. I can't go more than a mile now, on film charge, before the scooter slows down to a crawl of about 4 miles per hour. Even when I kick to speed up, the scooter can't maintain the speed and it quickly slows down again.

Has battery issues. Barely getting 10 miles on full charge. Rode 5 miles today from full charge. Already at 3 bars.

I previously had a lectric XP Lite bike, I love the bike, but it’s not compact enough for my vehicle and too much to set up. The scooter provides quick set up and an app to be able to update the firmware constantly with a good display compared to the bike I had.

It’s fast but doesn’t go the distance of 25 miles only about 17-19 miles

Great item to buy. Enjoyed it until the tire came off the rim. Went to best buy an was told to go through manufacturer about the product. Be great to know where to get the tire fixed

First one didn’t work, second one broken with in 6 months. One day it decided it wouldn’t go faster than 6mph no matter what setting it was on. Seemed solid initially but this model is already obsolete

These scooters are pretty awesome. They are easy to use and they are sturdy. I did research before buying these and they seem the best for the price.

I have gotten 2 of these and both survived very few trips…both received and error code concerning the throttle being faulty.

I called about 2 months ago and tried to cancel my order 6 hours after i ordered it and they said oo but still sent it and it was to the wrong address and then they are still making me pay for it even though i dont have it. 400 dollars gone.

I live this Scooter, It does what it says, I definitely recommend this product.

I need it in my collection so I can ride around with the electric scooter.

I have only been riding it for four months and over 400km and already it won’t charge. I was sent a new charger right after the return and it still won’t chrage.

Worked for a month, broke, and couldn't get it fixed. I rode it as i should and made sure to follow the instructions and cautionary guide.

Scooter broke after 3 and half months of use. BestBuy sends you to deal with NIU which has zero customer service. Also the speed and battery life were a lot shorter than advertised.
