    Avoid purchasing this product. It's extremely difficult to find replacement parts. I had a flat tire, and new tires have been out of stock for months. NIU required me to submit a ticket, asking for extensive details like my receipt, serial number, order number, and order date, even after providing the receipt. All this hassle just to get a spare tire.
