    Overall pretty solid, however the tires are a bit slippery? Idk it seems like there isn’t that good of a grip compared to other scooters i’ve had. Overall though, very good purchase, especially if you can get it on sale.

    Avoid purchasing this product. It's extremely difficult to find replacement parts. I had a flat tire, and new tires have been out of stock for months. NIU required me to submit a ticket, asking for extensive details like my receipt, serial number, order number, and order date, even after providing the receipt. All this hassle just to get a spare tire.
