    Great ride! Using it to move around college campus. Pneumatic tires allow for smooth ride. The App allows you to lock the starting of the bike. A bike chain makes it secure. Folds easily to store in room at night or trunk of my sedan.

    NEVER, NEVER, NEVER buy any NIU products at Best Buy. I bought the NIU - KQi2 Pro Foldable Electric Kick Scooter through the Best Buy online store in December 2023. In July 2024, the charger failed to work during normal use. I contacted Best Buy customer service, and the agent asked me to contact the NIU manufacturer. After contacting NIU's customer service phone and email several times, NIU asked me to fill in and upload the fault pictures and information. The first time, was rejected the warranty saying that the picture was not clear. Then, I uploaded the faulty photo as required and sent the faulty charger. After more than 10 days, there was still no response. I continued to contact the NIU customer service email but still did not get a reply. After that, I went to Best Buy's on-site customer service to find a solution. After consulting, the customer service staff told me that Best Buy is only responsible for selling products. After the 14-day return period, they do not provide any after-sales service. Customers need to contact the manufacturer to apply for a warranty. I have been a loyal user of Best Buy for many years. This time, the quality and after-sales experience of NIU products made me very disappointed, and I realized that there are risks in buying products from Best Buy.

    It was very nice to have and getting around. It died on me in a month and a half. Customer service sucks no one seemed to care to help. I finally found a box to ship it to Texas to be fixed. I am about 5 weeks still with no scooter.

    Terrible experience with the NIU KQi2 Pro. It died completely within 11 months of ownership, and NIU refused to honor their manufacturer warranty. Instead, they told me to contact Best Buy, even though Best Buy has no responsibility for NIU’s warranty. Awful customer service and a company that dodges accountability. Avoid this product and brand at all costs.

    Save your money. Sadly, we purchased one for our son in February and it stopped working the following Sept. I reached out to BB and they couldn’t do anything. I contacted the manufacturer and they said shipping back- they may be able to fix it. The cost of shipping is ridiculous. They wouldn’t even send a return shipping label. I bought it through BB in order have the service availability as we are membership holders. Unfortunately, they don’t service this type of scooter. Please do your research before buying. My son is devastated and buying a new one just isn’t in the cards as it cost a lot of money to begin with. For the record, my son is not overweight and followed all the guidelines.

    Didn't work out of the box. After assembling I followed all of the instructions to get it powered up, only problem is the motor never turned on. Called tech support and they had me run through all of the setup again just to confirm it was faulty out of the box. The built quality looked amazing. Seemed very durable and the front LED halo running light was very nice along with the front beam light. I was impressed how bright the back red light was and that it actually got brighter when you squeezed the brakes just like a real car. Seemed like excellent quality too bad it didn't work and never got to try it.

    Good scooter comes in handy although it did have some damage on the battery when I opened the box… should’ve gone to Best Buy now it’s probably too late?

    After 9 months, the battery warning light came on and I couldn't drive it. I contacted Best Buy and they said they couldn't do it so I should ask the manufacturer. When I contacted the manufacturer, they said they had received too many inquiries about battery problems so they couldn't do anything. Who should be held responsible?

    Best Buy no longer covers electric scooters under their total tech warranty. So if you buy a scooter and it fails, then you are on your own. To make maters worse, this scooter manifacturer refuses to take back the scooter for repair, even though it is still under warranty. I now have a very expensive paperweight.

    This scooters great and goes pretty far I got from the Bronx Riverdale to 27 street 2nd ave manhattan in NYC,but that was only 10 miles instead of the 25 miles advertised it was fully charged,so it was a really big let down was thinking of buying the niu moped but they probably lieing about that as well smh,10 miles tops not 25

    Only two years old and after a long winter in storage it will not power on. Charging cord is green and all connections are fine. Buy the warranty! I accidentally did not Disappointed teenager!
