WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

There were lots of good reviews which is why I am writing this one. The scooter appears to have some defect within the rear wheel assembly as it has fallen off twice, most recently while riding it causing me to crash. I reached out to customer servicevfor assistance. They sent a link to complete a repair request online. The link didnt work and it took several emails and another week to get the correct link. It has been over 3 weeks since i completed tge service request and i have still not heard back from anyone! I have emailed 5 times with no response. They have a phone number, which i have called numerous times and ALWAYS receive a recording saying the line is busy, try later. I paid almost $600 for this scooter and cannot get anyone to respond to a customer service request.
