My NIU-KQi3 Electric Scooter

I exchanged it at Best Buy Santa Rosa and received it two days later. It works! I still have not gone for a spin (rainy and too cold) but I'm know I will love it when I do...Thanks.

Best buy is useless they wouldn't even let me exchange it. Had to bring it to the NIU flagship store. I personally didn't wanna keep it but I'm stuck with it. Because of best buy.

Useless product

It stopped working within the first six months, so I contacted the manufacturer. They required me to send it in for inspection and then claimed the damage was caused by water exposure—something not covered under warranty. They quoted nearly $900 for repairs. I bought this scooter assuming it was suitable for outdoor use, but apparently even light rain or snow can void the warranty. Unless you plan to use it strictly indoors, don’t waste your money—it’s not designed to handle real-world outdoor conditions.
