Scooter is excellent, unboxing experience is very nice, app works greate! IMPORTANT: it seams on the batch of promotions has a quality Issue Misaligned Handlebar, It's just few mm, but may affects the stability and safety of your riding. I just notify niu, let's wait their answer.

It’s been 3 months since I bought the KQi3 Pro and I am really happy with it’s performance. I had tried Gotrax and Segway e-scooters before trying KQi3 Pro and i could easily feel the difference in the riding experience. It was the best decision to buy thi model. It definitely does what’s advertised when it comes to the comfort, the range and performance.

NIU is a top of the line quality scooter, and I compare it to buying a Mercedes. Tesla might be a better comparison but I’m unfamiliar. They’re built to last, the company is the most reliable to be able to fix or replace a scooter over any other on the market, and that reason alone should be why many of you should buy an NIU. However, at this high of a price point - this model was not acceptable for me. I needed at very least 3 more mph of speed (should be 5 = 25mph), and I needed better suspension. For those 2 reasons I returned mine. If you are buying for your teenage child - get this or another model from NIU. If you want to drive 15-20max - get this scooter. If you need to commute and go fast, this is not for you. It’s super reliable - slow n steady wins the race.

After searching and seeing many other e-scooters online I found the perfect option for me. This scooter is a life changer, it is perfect for new riders, it is efficient and very nice sleek design. I use it daily to commute around campus and it has been really fun and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend.

Been riding a lot to from my commute and around town, love riding it wish it went a bit faster, started to notice some issues already with when I push the throttle and when it moves, ALSO THE APP IS HORRIBLE ... its 2024 NIU and u have AI the binding is horrible , I dont even use the app....

Awesome scooter. Fast and sturdy!! I’m 6’ 2” 200lbs. Makes sure to keep tires at 40+ psi.. I get top speed 20 mph!! Love this Electric Scooter
