DO NOT PURCHASE
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased 3 of these in July 2022. All scooters kept indoors over the both winters. Just this spring 2 are dead in the water. One is a code 33 and and the other won't even take a charge. I contacted NIU, they stated that both needs new batteries. Warranty is only 2 years, so looks like I'm out. They gave me an estimate of $525 for 1 new battery. I told the representative that right now, a brand new, same scooter on your website is $495. She just kept quiet didn't say anything and it got awkward. I did plenty of research and there isn't a company or anyone out there that makes compatible batteries for these scooters. Do Not Buy. Invest your money with something else more reliable.

Crooked handle bars
