I took a chance and bought 3 of these at the same time, for me and my two children to ride together. When they work they are great, but after only a few months of normal usage, 2 OF THEM HAVE COMPLETELY STOPPED WORKING. Best Buy gives no support for these. You have to go through NIU directly and their customer service is terrible. You have to go through a very lengthy online process and then MAIL IT TO THEM IN TEXAS! (This thing weighs like 45 lbs and costs a fortune to mail.) I was able to get one of them fixed with a great deal of trouble, but it looks like the other one has become a big expensive paperweight. I am VERY dissatisfied and would NOT buy one of these.

Excellent service by associate, even when it was 2 days before Christmas and stire was busy associate was very very helpful and acknowledged me and wife while he was helping another customer
