I bought this scooter with pure excitement and trust. it came on time, but it wasn’t the product i purchased. It was a cheaper, older, and overall less version of the NIU - KQi3 Pro i ordered. First thing i noticed was it came in white, which is not what i ordered or even the app or website had. Then i was shocked to see the name of it, only being KQi. i immediately got into contact with the customer support which made the experience worse. The call bot wasn't able to process what's going, and kept looping over the same words. After a long wait from asking to connect with an agent, someone finally connected, but oh wow its only text. Communication is horrible between this company and its customers. The agent asked me to commute to a best buy store and return the item, he also said there is a 15% restock fee if the box was opened. I havent opened the box, but what if i did without knowing as this is a trusted store? overall, this is is extremely unpleasant, and i wish for best buy to improve. What i just is pure feedback and unsatisfaction from this company.

I bought this scooter for my grandson and he enjoys. It is expensive , but worth the money.

Had to reorder due to a grind/squeak right out of the box with on the first order. Once I received my new order everything turned out fine with the scooter. My only gripe was the way I was treated at the service desk when going to pick up the 2nd order. Scooter 5 stars.. Customer service -1 star

Has alot of power and super easy to use. Had it for a little over a week, completely satisfied so far.

This scooter is perfect for cities with a 25 mile radius or a commute of the same distance. The regenerative braking is flawless. You have to be aware of your terrain because there is no shocks but as long as your aware and dodge potholes this scooter will last.

All good but it's a bit heavy. Halo is visible, speed is nice it can go most uphills

Awesome scooter with alot of punch for the price . I have the KQI3 pro . After riding it, Well after my daughter seen me riding the KQI3 pro. Let just say my daughter scooter jacked me . Now I had to buy another one. However I've upgraded to the KQI3 max this time.. thanks NIU for making a great scooter !!
