Scooter is really great in performance and look ! Only issue is its to bulky due to its long rang battery! But overall compared to other options this will stand out from others. Its bit expensive!!!

This scooter is very responsive and user friendly.

Received May 13th for my daughter. Less than 3 months and 100 miles later it no longer turns on. Battery charges fine but unit does not power on. Suspiciously, the problem seems to have happened after a firmware update. Spoke with customer service who sent me a link for a repair request. Only option is to send it back for repair within 7 days if/when they determine its eligible. Good luck finding a box to ship it in if you haven't kept the original. And they still may deny the repair depending on how they feel. Would not recommend just because of this inconvenience and I'm not hopeful considering similar things I've read.

Fun easy to use scooter. I enjoyed the Bluetooth function & App that can be used to pair with phone. The top speed adjuster is also very useful. Two things that could make this scooter better is stronger battery life each ride & a tracking function if it goes missing, considering the price.

This is a really good scooter. It had a ton of features and also great app integration. The only issue is the ride quality can be quite bumpy. I would drop the tire pressure a few PSI to see if it gets better. Brakes take a little getting used to.

It's my daily transport to go from home to work. I've saved a lot since I decided to leave the car, I save on gas and insurance, and at work they let me connect it when I need to, so I don't use electricity and even if I did, it uses little electricity

Whether the app tracks your ride or not is hit and miss. Also, it is advertised with a max operating range of 25miles. About 5 miles takes 35% of the battery when it's new, out of the box. I will be sending it back to the company, hoping they can give me a new battery. But it's ridiculous that I have to go out of my way to do this. Other than the battery issue, it is a decent scooter. Easy to use.
