I really love this scooter you can change how fast you want it to be and the brakes are really good

I was super excited about to get it but, when I try it , I get disappointed cuz' the batery doesnt give the lifetime it supose to bring, even if you put all night long to charge it. The scooter is great, beautiful but , the first time I use it notice that isn't going to bring me the experience I need.

My daughter likes it alot, she has alot of fun riding this scooter.

[Employee of bestbuy] The tires are not unstoppable, as the box says. A small staple that punctured the tire along the road rapidly deflated the tire and significantly reduced the top speed, braking distance and turning capacity of the scooter.

Overall good, comes semi assembled. Best buy did little to do with the product

I was very disappointed with this scooter. It stopped working within the first six months, so I contacted the manufacturer. They required me to send it in for inspection and then claimed the damage was caused by water exposure—something not covered under warranty. They quoted nearly $900 for repairs. I bought this scooter assuming it was suitable for outdoor use, but apparently even light rain or snow can void the warranty. Unless you plan to use it strictly indoors, don’t waste your money—it’s not designed to handle real-world outdoor conditions.

Great little scooter but it only gives 18 miles per full charge. Probably more if you go slower than 20 mph.
