OK, decent movie, basically a movie rental at best

Was looking forward to seeing this film, but was falling asleep due to lack of any real story telling. The dialog seemed hollow and pushed.

We bought this movie for my child for Christmas, but before Christmas he rented out of Redbox. He hated this movie, so once we gave him this movie we took it back before he opened it so he could get something else he wanted.

Don't waste your time like I did this movie should have never made it to the Big Screen.

Well written and thought out movie on a family trying to survive a violent coup after recently arriving in a new foreign country. This movie takes places in southeast Asia and depicts a father relocating to his new job with his wife and two daughters. The government is overthrown and the rebels start killing all foreigners and those who work with foreigners (such as the hotel staff). The movie has some gut checking moments on how can one get their young kids to listen and escape when a mob of crazed thugs are chasing you? Unless there is a random government agent who is able to make a miraculous save, one shouldn’t plan on traveling to unstable countries.

Loved this movie! Great plot along with great acting and a suspense that keeps you wanting more.

action packed, almost to realistic, yet the main actor just didn't seem to fit

I really enjoyed this film. Non-stop action kept my on the edge of my seat.

No Escape is fun, exciting and very good. Some of the scenes are a bit exaggerated, but they are scenarios that do not become impossible. I recommend it if you are in the mood to see a super tense action drama.
