Being a Bible teacher and being familiar with how God judged the world but saved the lives of Noah, his wife, his three sons, and their three wives (total of eight), I was surprised how little Bible content and how much "poetic" license was felt necessary to generate a film acceptable to the producers.

You know? Certain stories you don't have to change. The Titanic, any Bible story, most people know these stories. You don't just change the story of Noah, al least not in my mind, it really didn't work. The only saving grace was the acting, marvelous, everything else, really, really bad!

The move was very dark and I think it could have been shorter.

Was not believeable at all. Didn't like it at all, and sorry I wasted my money on this movie. Won' t be recommending this to any of my friends.

Noah was a psycho obsessed with killing the twins.

To borrow a quote from an article I read online, this was the most "Non-biblical, biblical movie" I have ever seen. Sadly I can't even say it was a good movie aside from relationship to bible.

This was truly a different version from the actual story and I didn't get this story...the special effects were nothing special and the story was poor. Russell Crowe got paid for nothing because this was NOT...a good movie...

THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN NAMED ANYTHING ELSE THAT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE BIBLE. WHY THEY NAMED IT NOAH AND CHANGED THE STORY IS WRONG. THEY COULD OF KEPT THEIR STORY HAVING IT UNRELATED TO THE BIBLE.

Stop taking the Word of God and making it evil. Can I get my money back?

It moves along at a moderate pace as to develop the missing pieces in the original text. Which is ok but sometimes rather cumbersome. Overall a descent effort.

Not even close to the biblical story. Worst movie ever purchased. Even though I had to give it a one star for survey, I rate it a zero.

sorry I spent the money on this one - glad I didn't go see it in the movie house! Seldom is a good movie made from the Bible.

Too much fantasy for a so-called Biblical movie. Watching it once was enough. Too bad because it had a good cast.

Hollywood once again destroyed a real life event and made it into a modern mechanical monster movie. Nobody I know likes it!
