This was a successful movie as far as I'm concerned. I was entertained the entire time. Another great biblical action packed blockbuster.

Russell Crowe delivers in this biblical tale of Noah the Blu-ray version is outstanding! The vivid color and imagination is a must see!

It is a good interpreter of the flood and the Characters that creates the setting, drama, and historical information from the Bible.

movies like this are always touchy for some people but if you get past that and take it for what it is the movie is very entertaining

Don't go into the movie expecting the story you heard in Bible School. It's definitely hollywooded up, but I still enjoyed te movie.

This film could have been better but I felt that they could have expanded on some of the plot-lines they added to the story of Noah.

Setting aside any controversies, this is strictlya review based on the film as a motion picture. The plot itself is rather thin yet simple and handled well enough to want to find out what happens. However, by the end of the film you'll most likely end up saying "That's it?" It's artsy, beautiful and haunting to look at, but feels like a rather removed experience. Good special effects, but many unanswered loose ends.

Although it appeared to be a different spin than the biblical version, the special effects were great and Russell Crowe was good.

I enjoyed the movie. It took the story in a surprising direction, but I prefer the Bible version. Still it was a great adventure.

Good movie, that was very well made with great special effects. With really good acting except for Russell Crowe, who was aweful.

If you buy this movie thinking it a tale out of the bible you may be disappointed, but you go in with an open mind this movie has great acting and a different spin an ancient tale. The video was outstanding with excellent clarity, color, and superb black levels. The DTS-HD sound track will bring down the house and/or visit from the boys in blue. Extras wasn't bad and offer more incite regarding filming.

The movie is good but it would have been better if it stayed true to the bible....Rock creatures..REALLY! !!!!

It's a good movie, pretty unrealistic and not as fateful to the bible. Still great collectible if you are into steelbook cases.

The movie doesn't follow the Bible story however I have to admit the film is a visual treat, Russel Crowe is excellent as Noah.

Purchased Noah two disc Blu-ray version using my Best Buy points and enjoyed the dvd very much with great special effects.

Even if you don't know the bible story of Noah very well this is an interesting take on the classic story. The special effects abound throughout this movie are impressive and the cast for the most part is up to the task. However at points the flow of the movie stalls, which makes it much longer than it needs to be. Overall I'm glad I watched it and I will surely watch it again...not rushing to do so however.

Great effects. Definitely "Hollywooded" up Noah and his Ark . Great acting. I would watch it again and I am glad I bought it.

This is another biblical based movie with very little Bible within it. Read the story of Noah yourself, it doesn't take very long. Other than both stories having a lead character named Noah there is very little similarity. If you want to watch a Hollywood sensational movie, watch this one. But please, please remember this movie has very little whatsoever to do with the historical Noah of Genesis.

The movie was better than expected. I liked the fact that the main character was portrayed like a regular person with flaws.
