Can’t charge multiple items on the pad and it’s has to be dead center to charge.. very deceiving since the packaging shows two items being charged at once. Could be defective but I’m returning it.

Literally 0 stars deserved. Doesn't charge AirPods at all and only does phone if you place it perfectly AND if you remove your case. Inconvenient more than helpful, for sure. The price tag is even more infuriating.

I heard great things about this brand from popular youtubers a few years back, and now I don't at all. There's a reason for that. This charger is not only extremely slow to charge devices, but it also give a "device not supported" error every few days or so and you'll wake up with a dead phone or watch sitting on the charger. The watch portion is exceptionally bad. Every time I put it on the charger - it says charging. Every time I go to take it off the charger in the morning it's completely dead and unusable. This charger is so bad that for a while I thought I hated my Apple Watch, but I don't I hate this charger and the fact that my watch is always dead makes having the watch a waste of money AND a point of stress in my life because I can't check my ECG to keep tabs on my heart issues, not to mention my walking distance - the whole reason I spent $500 on the watch. I can't stress enough how much you should about this "trendy" product.

i bought this charging pad because it looked better than the mophie one from the apple store. the apple store had the mophie which was glossy as hell and a fingerprint magnet. i bought this nomad charger and i couldnt even my charge my iphone in a vertical posotion only horizontal and the charging points are very pickey.

I'm on my second one, within just a few months and the exact same problem has occurred - the pad no longer charges my phone or any phone, yet the apple watch post still charges. This is a poor excuse for a really crappy product. All I want for my $139.99 plus tax is something that works. This is ridiculous

Unlike the pictures, this charger will only work with a single device on the pad. The watch charger is fine but the pad will not accommodate a phone and headphone case as the pictures suggests. Additionally, the phone must be perfectly placed to start charging. Very disappointing purchase...

This will serve as my final product review for BestBuy as I will no longer be a customer. Box does not disclose the iPhone series that are compatible with product. I purchased item as a gift only to discover it wouldn’t work with phone. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize that BestBuy now has a hard core 2 week return policy. Even though I have been a loyal customer for years because I dared open the box and return a few days past the two week time frame I’m stuck with product. I did attempt to share that I live over an hour away from nearest BestBuy location and the box didn’t disclose compatibility information but it didn’t matter. Manager couldn’t be bothered to speak with me. Please take my advice and buy a product with full information on OUTSIDE of box and decide quickly if you want to keep it.

I purchased this item after reading several reviews across multiple sites, it sounded like a solid product. After a few weeks of use, I feel incredibly let down by this charger. Placement of the iPhone XS Max on the pad takes a little bit of fine tuning. You think the device is placed correctly, then the LED on the front begins to blink. Go to reset it and the LED lights up white even though the device isn’t fully charged. Go to reset it again. The iPhone and/or smart battery case gets unusually warm while charging. No other wireless charger I’ve used, mainly the Mophie Charge Stream Pad+, has this issue. I’ve noticed extended charge times when I am charging my watch, phone, and air pods. There are better options even if they don’t charge multiple devices at once. Look elsewhere.

Stopped working after approximately 3 months. Incidentally the warranty is 90 days which is suspect. You have you move your phone all over the charging pad to actually register there is a phone there. Does not charge AirPod case at all and the watch charger was super slow and finally stopped working all together. Would not recommend this product.

$130 and the portion that charges the watch gave out within less than 4 months. Disappointed.

I have an OtterBox cover for my iPhone 14. This charging station will not charge the phone through the OtterBox case. It is too difficult to take the OtterBox case on and off just so that I can charge the phone. So I returned this charger, and I cannot recommend it if you carry your phone with an OtterBox protector cover.

I bought this took it home and plugged it in put my iPhone on there and my earbuds air buds and nothing worked the only thing that didn’t work was when I put my watch on there when I took it back I asked him why this doesn’t work and he said it doesn’t work with my phone or my earbuds the other guy didn’t tell me any of that he said oh yeah this is really good so I don’t think he knew what he was talking about not happy with it to go back

The placement of the phone or charging chase has to be very specific and any accident movement can stop your devices from charging. That's already bad enough, but the worse part is the Apple Watching charging dock is extremely finicky. I place my Apple Watch to charge overnight or for a few hours only to find out it hasn't been charging at all!!! How's that even possible when the watch is magnetically locked to the dock? Waste... of... money... I wish I would have returned it when I had the chance.

I had a terrible experience with the Nomad Wireless Charging Pad. It simply didn't work. Despite following all instructions and ensuring proper placement, my iPhone and Apple Watch failed to charge. The charging pad proved to be unreliable and a waste of money. I would not recommend this product.

For the price l expected a good charger. Not worth the money at call

It is very difficult to find the charging point on this unit for my phone. This unit does not see to charge my phone to 100% when I am success it connecting for charging. I have not had time to return this. Very unhappy with it. I was gifted another unit similiar to this, same brand which had a more felt like base instead of the leather base which connected much simply.

It is so annoying to find the right spot to charge your phone. I looked at reviews before purchasing it and I did see people mention that. However I figured I would still give it a try. I wouldn’t mind moving the phone a little to find the right charging spot. But holy s**** it is super annoying! You are sitting there for minutes trying to find the right spot. I have to return it at this point. NOT WORTH IT! DO BOT BUY

Purchased this because I have a iPhone, Apple Watch and AirPods and it did not work to charge the devices together.. It only charged one device at the time and it has problems recognizing the devices even with no case on them. I really liked how it looks so I tried really hard to make it work but unfortunately I had to return it to the store because it was not charging my devices properly.

I actually purchased this item on accident. I purchased the Mophi wireless charging of oft my wife, and I thought I was purchasing the same thing. I gave it a try anyway and was very disappointed. You can only charge 2 items at a time, you have to constantly maneuver the items to find a “sweet spot” for it to work, and the charge rate was slow. The Mophi version is the same price but a much better product.

This product was very finicky. The watch charger worked perfectly but everything else (phone/earphones) was a hit or miss and you had to move them around a good amount in order for them to work.
