Look Ma! No Wires!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Seriously this is a great accessory to pair with your wireless charging compatible Apple devices. My AirPods, Apple Watch, iPhone, enjoy their new bedside home. The Nomad looks very modern and sleek. It utilizes 3 coils, each with a rating of 7.5W output. There are also 3 LED lights on the front of the base which represents each coil. A white light means the object is fully charged, yellow indicates charging. Don’t worry about the room being dark and having bright LED’s. The Nomad has an ambient light sensor to dim the LED’s at night! I would say there are a couple minor cons to address which was why I gave a 4 star instead of 5. 1.) Trying to get a charging connection when placing the phone in the vertical position. I do at times need to slightly move the phone around on that spot to get a charging connection. 2.) No outputs for device charging with a cable. This would make sense to have and allow other devices to charge such as my iPad or usb power brick. I have to place them at another area of the room. Regardless of the minor cons I mentioned, the Nomad wireless charging station is phenomenal!

Beautiful multi-device charger
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've admired Nomad's products for a while for their beautiful, modern, and robust designs – and this is no exception. I was looking for a new type of charging solution that reduced cable clutter on my nightstand area while still looking beautiful, and this pad is perfect. I can conveniently (and fairly quickly) charge my Apple Watch, AirPods, and phone all at the same time when needed. This multi-device wireless charger looks and feels very premium and works great for all of my QI-compatible devices. I love the combination of sturdy aluminum and soft leather-style charge pad. The underside of the charger is plastic and features two well-sized rubberized pads to keep it in place. The wireless charge speeds aren't as fast as Magsafe or wired fast-chargers, but I can still add about 30-50% charge for my phone and 80% for my watch in the span of an hour. I mostly charge my devices on overnight, so charge speeds do not matter much as I drop them on there and wake up to them fully charged in the morning. The charger is attached by an AC cable with standard wall plug at the other end. There are three specific wireless charging spots that you can lay your devices on – left, middle and right (see photo with green circles. That means you can place a smaller item and a phone side-by-side or lay the phone parallel to the pad by itself in the middle. These spots can be a little tricky to find since there are no markings to show the exact positions, but the small indicators will light up when the device is in the right spot. Sometimes this takes some searching – I've often had to move my phone around slowly until it vibrates indicating a connection. However, sometimes the wireless charging connection is still slightly off, and I have woken up in the morning a few times to my phone being only slightly charged or sometimes completely dead because I didn't get the positioning correct.

Great solution to simply charging
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This Nomad charging station is excellent for removing the clutter of multiple charging cords and freeing up electrical outlets. It is small enough that it could even pack up well for travel. This particular model does not offer the USB-C or Micro-USB port, so not able to plug another device to it. However, for most people that only have a phone, an smart watch (Apple Watch) and maybe AirPods, this charging station should be sufficient. The fit and finish is impeccable. Only nit is that the Qi charging pads are a little difficult to index since the finish is simply smooth with no markings or circles like other Qi charging pads. The Apple Watch Charger works flawlessly and presents the screen for viewing in nightstand mode.

Takes Patience but overall good!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Overall, solid product. It does what it says it will do and has simple yet sleek design to really clean up your nightstand or desk (mine was cluttered with cords). It will charge your devices but you do have to toggle a bit because the sensors are a little picky. If it’s just your phone or headphones (works for galaxy buds) then no problem but both takes some time. It is pricey but If you have rewards or gift cards it’s worth it.

Slight twitch to set things down but good overall.
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Handles all devices, though it's a tight fit. It is a great "nightstand" solution to having earbuds, watch and phone all charging at once overnight. The phone and earbuds, however, have to be carefully placed to ensure charging begins. Once you get the hang of that, it's fine and charges all three without complaint.

Great quality but some issues
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great for charging everything at once. Only complaints I have are that sometimes things have to be placed perfectly for them to charge. Also sometimes the system rejects it and flashes the light on and off and nothing charges until you unplug and replug it back in. Other than that it's great and charges quick.

beautiful, Apple Watch charger is finicky
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you’re looking for a charger that sits on your bedside table that looks great, this is one does that. Sleek, minimalist modern, with luxury materials. The charging pad for the phone is covered in nice feeling leather. The watch charging portion if really only functions well if you aren’t using any type of case on your Apple Watch. I had a large bulky shock proof case on my watch and it didn’t align well with charger. I then purchased a slim case which was no more than 1 mm thick and even that slight increase in thickness threw the alignment off. My wife now uses the charger since she does not use a protective case on her watch and I am using her charger which has a free floating stand type watch charger that functions with any external watch case. If you don’t use any type of Apple Watch protection this is a beautiful and functional combo charger that looks great on your bedside table. If you prefer to use an external Apple Watch case it will probably not work out well.

Convenient
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It’s convenient to be able to use one charger for everything, but the picture is misleading as you can only charge 2 at the same time. You also need to make sure the phone is on it correctly or it won’t charge.

Great quality, align phone to coil takes practice
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great quality, works beautifully and simply. The only negative aspect is it takes time to figure out how to place your device so it is covering the charging coil. I bought this product because I did not want my devise to stand while charging. However, if you want the charging coil to match the iphone anytime you put it on the charger, a standing charger would be a better fit for you. I also use this device to charge my airpods, and having all three devices (iphone, airpods, and apple watch) charging at once is awesome. There are three charging coils on the platform, though don’t expect to be able to use all three at once, especially if you have a larger phone.

What Apple Could/Should Have Done
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great convenience to charge iPhone, Apple Watch and AirPods all at once. One star off because iPhone needs to be placed at exact location/position to achieve wireless charging.

Great Airpower substitute
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great minimal wireless charger to replace the concept of Airpower. Placement for your items do have to be pretty on point which is why Im not giving this a full 5 stars but overall very happy with the purchase. Still cheaper than what Airpower would have been too.

Sleek
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sleek and beautiful. It takes s little practice to line up the phone on the pads just right. My Series 4 44mm watch charges ok, but I feel like it has to be wiggled on the charger into just the perfect placement. Once you get the hang of where things go, it’s easy to over look those downfalls. It’s a gorgeous, handy charger that really decluttered my bedside table and charges up all my wireless items at once (iPhone, AirPods, Apple Watch).

One stop shop for wireless charging
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After Apple's AirPower product was canceled, I went ahead and purchased this to charge my iPhone, Apple Watch, and AirPods. It works well with some small caveats: The magnet inside the Apple Watch charger portion is pretty good, but not as strong as the official Apple cable or charger. A few times a month, I'll wake up with a low battery or dead watch because the watch and charger didn't seat properly. I just take an extra second now to make sure the charging graphic comes up. The phone pad portion is actually not that big. An iPhone XS Max laid horizontally pretty much takes up the entire pad. If you want to charge another device, then you'll definitely have to hunt a little bit for the sweet spot on the right part of the pad. The small lights on the front lip telling you whether or not you made a connection definitely come in handy here. Speaking of the lights, they are small and not super bright, so your sleep won't be disturbed. There is an ambient light sensor, which dims the LEDs in low light. Nomad describes the leather surface as "padded leather." It's on the firm side and the leather has a hardness and slickness to it. Definitely not super-grippy. The product has a nice heft to it, with an aluminum frame and minimalist aesthetic. It's pretty low-profile and doesn't stand out too much on my nightstand. It does what it needs to unobtrusively, and works quite well. It has gotten a bit of a price hike as of late, which is a bit of a bummer, however it's still one of the best games in town when it comes to charging multiple devices at once while looking good.

Pretty Nice Charger
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Works pretty well. Occasionally the phone does not charge over night and I don’t find out until it’s dead when I wake up in the am. Not sure if it’s the charger or the device, but the only time I have an occasional charging error is using this. It would be nice if there was a more visible notification that it senses a device but is not transferring power to it. Was a bit pricey.

Not perfect but the best so far
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This will charge my iWatch and my XR at the same time. No extra cables needed. It does NOT have enough room on the pad for an XR and earpods although it claims to have the charging coils to do so. If the iWatch charging piece were detachable or folded for travel it would be great but as it is, it would likely get broken off. I do recommend it but it needs a bit of re-engineering for road warriors.

sleek
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.pricey but sleek, I like the overall look of this. not too big. fits perfectly on nightstand with plenty of room to spare…. only downfall about it is that the far right side that I use as a phone charger seems too far for iphone 13 pro max. the phone hangs off the side and is kind of hard to locate charger

A little bit pricey but it works
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had it for 3+ months and it works fine. It charges my watch, AirPods and iPhone but the only problem is that it is a little bit hard to put everything together. Usually I’m always charging my watch and IPhone or my watch and AirPods as it is hard to put my iPhone and my AirPods together. You will be able to charge them but it takes a while to find the correct spot.
