Product came with 1 year subscription to iFit Went to activate it and they say it’s expired and only offer 30 days free. 1 year subscription is $400. Likely be returning this unless Best Buy, Norditack or iFit fix this issue but I have a feeling it will be the blame game between the three companies. It’s a hassle to put together and the packing was crappy. Bottom of box was busted out as it was brought out turned the wrong way by employees at curbside pick up. Picture is at pick up at the store. Overall bike is nice and feels solid. I’ll update my review after I ride it and figure out this subscription fiasco. If I don’t then it will be going back to Best Buy.

I purchased this bike back in 2024 and it is one of the best bikes I’ve ever ridden. It is very smooth and it transitions well between incline and decline simulating hills and flat surfaces. A recommended buy for sure!

After reading all the negative reviews I was afraid to make the purchase. The patient Best Buy salesman walked me thru all the steps in case of a defect, etc. Delivery was smooth! My hubby and I put it together in a little over an hour. After multiple updates and figuring out my 30 day trial, I went for my first ride! I am ecstatic. Its gonna be a good winter. :) My hubby is in the trades and knows assembly and electronics. The bike is solid thanks to him. No wobbles. Thumbs up Best Buy and NordicTrack!

my package did nit come with screws to mount the screen to the bike. off to the store to buy screws…. besides that everything good so far….

While I had to replace the bike seat because it was so small the bike is easy to use. It's got fun destinations and it's helping me get into a fitness routine. The display is nice with minimal lagging in the bike is heavier 200 pounds I would definitely recommend :-)

I bought this product brand bew and picked it up last week. I finally got around to assembling and installing it myself today. I was very excited to try it out but upon plugging the unit in nothing happned. I had a blank screen and no sounds coming from the motors. I followed all of the troubleshooting steps but still can't get it to power on. I'm very disappointed in Nordictrack and now I'll likely have to deal with very poor customer service just to try and get this bike to even function.

I am loving this bike so far! I did have to get a different seat but everything else is great. The automatic resistance and elevation with the workouts is so helpful. Highly recommend this bike!!

Upon picking this up from Best Buy we were excited to set it up and use it after checking it out at Dicks Sporting Goods (mistake was not purchasing there) We get help to bring it inside with the wood still attached, only to find out afyer unboxing everything and setting it up that it has some major rust. Not something I expect from a $1500 bike! Save your time and money. Dealing with best buy for an exchange isny worth it anymore, especially since you cant call the store directly and have to spend 2 hours with their call center only for no one to call. Day after day.

I did a lot of research and aound up concluding the Nordic Track bike is a great value. I did change the pwdals as i like the clips and i changed the seat. Ifit is good I have done yoga, Pilates and cycling. The speakers in the monitor are not great. I use earbuds anyway so thats not an issue. The bike is very quiet built like a tank.

Received bike but missing screws for the screen. The bikes incline and resistance feature doesn't work. I've sent several emails a few weeks ago and haven't heard anything from Ifit or NordicTrack. I keep getting emails about extending my warrantee but if they won't even fix a brand new bike why would I buy more warrantee ?? Now I have an expensive boat anchor sitting in my living room and my 30 day Free ifit is over. Stay away from NordicTrack they won't service there broken new equipment.

Assembled the bike, easy to assemble. Incline and resistance never worked. Tried trouble shooting and nothing worked. Returned it for a refund. Should’ve listened to the delivery guy to not accept delivery due to they have had to pick up 5 bikes for return in the past couple of weeks. I gave it a crapshoot and lost.

Love this this bike!! Easy to put together when you watch the nordictrack support videos. Great features and even came with a 1 year subscription to iFIT.are two changes to this bike after a few uses
1. did change the seat out for a more padded seat
2. New pedals for SPD cleats and it made a huge difference

Bought the bike for Christmas 2023 and have owned for a month now - assembly wasn't terribly difficult. The bike itself is good and the apps are excellent.
Difficult to adjust the seat post height and if you pedal hard the stability of the screen and handles could be better but overall I am happy with it thus far. The best part is the training available through the apps. I would recommend this as a mid-range trainer

First bike purchased was defective. Called NordicTrack support and was connected to someone who spoke broken english and I could hear a dog barking in the background. Spent over an hour with them on the phone and she made me take pictures of the bike. She told me that she had to send me a part in order to have a service technician look at the bike. The plastic part came three weeks later, but I was never contacted by a service technician. Luckily, I bought this from Best Buy and they allowed me to return and exchange this for a new bike. The movers bought the new unit into the basement and took the old one out. New unit works fine.
Beware of ifit. Its great and has great trainers. However, they have limited studio classes. That can be an issue. I also have the treadmill and the vault. Both work without issues but the Vault has limited classes and it does not appear that they are releasing any new classes. Ifit has taken away all the perks including the magnets, t-shirts and flags as reward for achieving certain milestones. It appears that they are reducing the number and quality of thier classes as well. As long as they keep gutting the service and quality of Ifit, it is hard to recommend them.

If there was 0 star that's what this would get. the copy of the manual doesn't even match the bike you are assembling but the app does. after assembling the bike, the incline, speedometer, and resistance is not working. you contact IFITT, all I can say is good luck. Then I contact best buy for a return and I am asking them to come pick it up because I am not hauling this back to the store and I get transferred to appliance, who then transfers me to shipping department, who then transfers me back to appliances. Every time I am transferred the representative has no idea why I am calling. Get it together and stop selling products that don't work for such a high price. If you go online a ton of people have experienced the same issue.
