Stay away from NordicTrack

The bikes incline and resistance feature doesn't work. I've sent several emails a few weeks ago and haven't heard anything from Ifit or NordicTrack. I keep getting emails about extending my warrantee but if they won't even fix a brand new bike why would I buy more warrantee ?? Now I have an expensive boat anchor sitting in my living room and my 30 day Free ifit is over. Stay away from NordicTrack they won't service there broken new equipment.

Should’ve listened…

Incline and resistance never worked. Tried trouble shooting and nothing worked. Returned it for a refund. Should’ve listened to the delivery guy to not accept delivery due to they have had to pick up 5 bikes for return in the past couple of weeks. I gave it a crapshoot and lost.

BIKE IS HORRIBLE!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.If there was 0 star that's what this would get. the copy of the manual doesn't even match the bike you are assembling but the app does. after assembling the bike, the incline, speedometer, and resistance is not working. you contact IFITT, all I can say is good luck. Then I contact best buy for a return and I am asking them to come pick it up because I am not hauling this back to the store and I get transferred to appliance, who then transfers me to shipping department, who then transfers me back to appliances. Every time I am transferred the representative has no idea why I am calling. Get it together and stop selling products that don't work for such a high price. If you go online a ton of people have experienced the same issue.

Never got to use it

No resistance, no incline and didnt even register the pedals moving at all. Customer service says all the wires need to be replaced and we will mail them to you for no charge. I dont think we should have to take apart a new bike to replace the wires. Not to mention they were going to take 10 days to get them which would put us outside the return window. Since it was unclear if the wires were even the issue, we decided to return it and go with a differnt name brand. The least they could do is send a representative out to fix what was clearly a defective piece of equipment. Best Buy was great with the return

Cautionary Tale

Thought this would be a good companion piece. Bestbuy delivered and installed. Worked good for about a year and then just stopped working. Called Nordictrack and got the console to work. But took back to Bestbuy because resistance and decline/incline stopped working. They worked on repairing for about two weeks and then just refunded my money. I will try Schwinn CI4. The reviews are better. Praying there will be no issues.

Do not buy this bike.

It was difficult to put together, the motor, incline and computer (screen) were all broken. Nordictrack customer service was a nightmare. I could go on. Do not purchase.

Shipped Broken & No Help From NordicTrack
