This bike is awful. Poorly constructed, parts constantly failing/breaking, customer service is incompetent and barely speaks english. I bought this product with a promised free fitness membership-- that was a complete scam and didn't exist. Best Buy claimed it was a nordictrack problem and Nordictrack ignored my outreach. Whatever you do, don't buy this awful product from this despicable company.

Mine came with a one-year subscription to IFIT. I can say that without that subscription, the exercises are limited, and IFIT is a must-have. So far, no problems with the item - we love it.

Large screen and good sound makes a great difference. The iFit is also cool - you can kind of see the world while working out. Overall a very good product.

Yes, a subscription was always required to access premium features on the bike but the company has now discontinued their entry level subscriptions in favor of an ultra premium level for the same content. Just buy a gym membership before giving this company your money.

Amazing at Home Workout

Get the same challenging workout as the spin class at your local gym. The incline and resistance built in that follows along with the IFIT workouts gives the perfect challenge

Feels and looks strong, easy to assemble, great with IFIT which i loveeee! I change the pedals to fit my spd shoes which you have to buy separately. I bought it on sale@ awesome price. Can’t complain at all.

Issued a card for 1 year membership in their fitness club, but will not honor. The "Free" ones are quite poor to the point of worthlessness so it's an effort just to have some type of workout.

I told them I will try to return the bike and never buy from Nordictrack again.
