Shipped Broken & No Help From NordicTrack

E communication with NordicTrack has taken 5-10 days for reply. After several attempts to reach a live rep, had quick support. But, bike still not working.

2 Bikes in and Still Defective

I spent 2.5 hours putting it together. The first bike’s screen was defective and would only stay on 2 minutes max. After troubleshooting with technicians, i was going to need to replace parts. Thats a big no from me… its a new bike. I then requested a replacement bike. Spent about the same amount of time, but was able to sign up for ifit and begin the first wokrout. As soon as it increased resistance the magnetic resistance system would rub against the wheel and spark. I troubleshooted this one as well and found that either magnetic resistance system or some bolts were defective. I am returning the second bike and requesting a refund immediately.

I have scheduled installation 3 times now. Feb 10. Feb 22. Both cancelled without notifying me. And now March 8. It’s hard to ride the bike when it is still in the box.

Don’t buy, it’s a trap!

I thought this would be a better and more cost effective Peloton, but save yourself some headache and just get a peloton. You know this product is bad when there’s an entire Facebook group dedicated to troubleshooting.
