Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased brand new in 2022, the bike stopped functioning in 2024 just out of mfg warranty. The screen which controls everything will not come on anymore. The on handle incline and resistance controls are also non-functional. Searching for a solution I found that this is a fairly common problem with both the s15 and s22 models. I thought the problem was with the power supply after tracing the power flow with a wire tester, purchased a new on on Amazon, NordicTrack charges $170 for one, though there is power reaching the screen it still does not function. I can't even call this a really expensive manual exercise bike because without the screen you can't even adjust the resistance. First and last NordicTrack product.

IFit is not mandatory (if you’re okay with just showing your workout parameters on the screen) but it makes the bike fun. The problem is that iFit has curious plans where a basic plan does not include workout equipment, and the plan that does costs $450 per year. It’s only as a family plan, and individual plans—to save some money—simply don’t exist.

Great workout love the ifit
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The bike is great the seat is a little uncomfortable but im not a biker and most bike seats are uncomfortable. It is a really good workout. Ifit is the coolest thing! We have that this bike and the treadmill and love the ifit for both. I hate running and this is nice to keep my mind off it. Recommend anything from nordic track. Best delivery wasnt the best unfortunately. They told us 2 times it will be there on a certain date never did , we called and went in and nobody could help.

It was exactly what I was searching for

It failed after two months and instead of taking care if me covered by warranty they told me to call the manufacture! I will never buy anything frm bestbuy again!

Every part was replaced in this bike and it still did not work. The customer service was horrible. I have never dealt with an electronic piece of tech that was so inadequate.
