Always buffering

Absolutely do not buy!

NordicTrack never knows what the problem is, and if you're under warranty will just send you part after part that doesn't fix it, then you're out of luck once the warranty is over. Hard pass. The workout will crash in the middle of the workout and will lose all your progress, incline and resistance will stop working. It stops being able to measure your cadence and watts. The whole bike is pointless.

Also, many people prefer to do it themselves rather than having others in their homes. While under your parts and labor warranty, you can request that labor be completed for you.
